delicious apple cider
I gotta say, the customer service at this place is top-notch! They're always super helpful, quick to respond, and just really nice. And their apple cider? Man, it's so good! Definitely a win-win!
Order clothes, confusing sizing
I absolutely love shopping at this store because they have such adorable clothes. But seriously, why is it so hard to figure out their sizing? I don't understand why they changed it and stopped using my measurements to suggest sizes. Now I have to guess and hope I don't get stuck with ill-fitting clothes. Having reviews from other folks is helpful, but it would be a lot simpler if they went back to using my measurements like they used to.
Recent clothing purchase
The clothes I bought recently are top-notch, the material and craftsmanship are really impressive. But, I've been having some trouble with incomplete addresses on a few items, which has been a hassle. I'm still optimistic that everything will arrive on time. OMG, the customer service here is amazing! They get back to you really quick and solve any issues right away. The cider was delicious, I couldn't stop drinking it! Zip burst on first wear
The thing I bought turned out to be a dud - the zipper broke the first time I wore it. But, to my surprise, the customer service was actually pretty good. They gave me a refund because they didn't have any more of that item in stock. It was nice not having to send it back, so I can give fixing it a try myself and still have it in my closet. Now I just gotta find the time to fix it up!
