Cider - Reviews and experiences

I absolutely love shopping at this store because they have such adorable clothes. But seriously, why is it so hard to figure out their sizing? I don't understand why they changed it and stopped using my measurements to suggest sizes. Now I have to guess and hope I don't get stuck with ill-fitting clothes. Having reviews from other folks is helpful, but it would be a lot simpler if they went back to using my measurements like they used to.

The thing I bought turned out to be a dud - the zipper broke the first time I wore it. But, to my surprise, the customer service was actually pretty good. They gave me a refund because they didn't have any more of that item in stock. It was nice not having to send it back, so I can give fixing it a try myself and still have it in my closet. Now I just gotta find the time to fix it up!
