I'm really disappointed with how unresponsive the customer support team has been. I've been trying to reach out to them for weeks about my order of 3 knives, but haven't heard back at all. It's been a whole month since I placed my order and I still don't have any information on when my shipment will arrive. This kind of service is just not okay, and I won't be buying from them again for sure.

As a customer at the LEGO shop, I bought a LEGO building set for my kid not long ago. I was so pumped to surprise them with it and made sure to order it in advance of a special day. But, darn it, the package arrived nearly a whole week later than I thought, totally messing up my child's big day. I reached out to their customer service to complain, but they didn't even acknowledge the hassle or offer anything to make up for it. That kind of service just won't cut it, so I'll be looking elsewhere for LEGO sets from now on.
