Customized coffee mug
I just ordered a custom coffee mug from this site and I gotta say, it's been pretty good so far. I really like all the different designs they had to choose from, and it was super easy to make it my own. But I haven't actually gotten my mug yet, so I can't really say how good it is just yet.

Chinese sword
I wasn't sure about ordering a blade from this company at first, but I decided to go for it and bought a Chinese sword. After about a week and few days, I got the sword in good shape. I had chosen the 1-3 priority delivery, but when it didn't come on time, I got in touch with the company. They got back to me quickly and gave me a refund for the delivery fee, which was nice. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The price was fair compared to other options, and the sword's quality was worth the wait. The only downside was the delivery time, which took about 9 days. Given the distance between Florida, where the company is, and California, where I am, I get why there was a delay. Despite that, I'm happy with the product and the service from the company. They were nice and quick to respond to my emails, which made the whole thing a positive experience. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

Tight dress, Mesh bodysuit, Accessories
I went wild and bought a tight dress, a mesh bodysuit, and some accessories. I even dropped extra cash for express shipping, hoping my stuff would show up on time. But when the big day rolled around, my package was MIA. And get this - the company only offered me useless points for the inconvenience. Plus, trying to get a hold of their customer service through email was a total disaster, no way to cancel my order. So, I had to take it up with my bank, handing over all the info and screenshots to sort things out.

Memory foam mattress purchase
I gotta tell ya, I just bought a memory foam mattress from this company and I'm super impressed with how awesome it is. It's like sleeping on a cloud, so comfy and gives great support for a solid night's rest. The materials they used are top of the line and you can totally see the care they put into making it. I really like how they're all about making sleep better and using Canadian materials. It's rad.

Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz
I recently bought the Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz from the store. But when I got my order, I was let down to see that I got the wrong product. Instead of the 5 boxes of cream I wanted, I got 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution and a 2oz tube of the right product. I emailed Customer Service three times, but they haven't replied. I'm not happy with the service. I hope they fix this soon.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the bikes we got from this company. From the start of our shopping experience to actually riding the bikes, and even when we needed to contact customer service, everything was fantastic. The quality and design of the bikes truly impressed us. We have Currents, 600Xs, and my husband has a Continuum - and let me tell you, these bikes perform even better than we expected. The customer service team was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We're really pleased with our purchases and can't wait to see what new models they come out with next.

Gold tungsten radiance ring
I got this super cool ring for my stepdad's birthday, and let me tell you, it was shiny and nice. He wears it all the time and it hasn't done any weird stuff like turning his finger green. When it accidentally broke from a fall, the company totally came through and sent us a brand new one for free! Seriously, best customer service I've ever experienced!
