E Classic Plus purchase
The E Classic Plus from Priority Bikes has totally gone above and beyond my expectations. Being a bit older, I wanted a bike that would let me go on longer rides without feeling totally drained, and this bike did just that and more. What used to be a quick 1-mile trip has turned into a 7.8-mile journey with lots of energy still left in me. The quality and performance of the E Classic Plus are excellent, making every ride a blast.
Not only is the bike awesome, but the customer service at Priority Bikes is outstanding. When I had a small issue with my bike after it was delivered, Daryl from Priority Bikes sorted it out quickly and effectively, making sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

I am really loving the commuter bike I got recently, it has made a huge difference for me. I had my eye on it for a while and it has surpassed all my expectations. The aluminum frame is super sturdy, the disc brakes give me peace of mind while cruising through the city, and the fenders have saved me from getting soaked in surprise rain. The belt drive and internal gearing make my rides so smooth and easy, with hardly any maintenance needed. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the helpful videos from the company. The front and rear racks fit like a glove and are perfect for carrying all my stuff around town. The bike is super quiet too, thanks to the Enviolo CVT hub that shifts seamlessly. I can't wait to put on more miles on this bike, especially when the weather gets nicer.
Works well
The bike I ordered had a minor issue with the clamp for the headlight, but Priority quickly sent me a replacement and helped me fix it. Their customer service is really good, always there when I need them. They even sent me videos to help me out with any questions I had. Priority really believes in their product, and it shows. I'm grateful for the effort they put in to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. They also gave me some great tips on how to properly adjust the bike for a better riding experience, which I found super useful. The bike itself is top quality, gives a smooth ride and easy gear changes. I think it's a purchase that will last for years and give me lots of fun rides. Their showroom in New York is amazing, and their website is super detailed and easy to use.
New bike purchase
My recent experience buying a new bike was amazing. From ordering online to getting it fixed at the store, the customer service was excellent. Sadly, after only four days, my new bike broke because of something unexpected. I emailed the customer service team and they replied quickly and were really helpful. They really went out of their way to help me, showing kindness, thoughtfulness, and lots of knowledge in solving my problems. I especially want to shout out Chad for being so supportive. Working with the team at Priority Bicycles was a great experience, and I'm thankful for the amazing customer service I got.
Electric bikes
I just bought a couple of electric bikes from this spot and let me tell you, they're amazing! These bikes are decked out with awesome features, especially the Enviolo trekking hub which guarantees a super smooth and fun ride every time. There were a few little problems when the bikes showed up, but thankfully it wasn't the store's fault. The customer service squad helped us out fast and took care of everything in a jiffy. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.
Priority Apollo bike
Eh, The Priority Apollo bike seemed like a pretty good pick for the price. Orderin' the bike was easy peasy, and the shipping process went real smooth, eh. Puttin' the bike together was simple, and I was able to hit the road in no time, eh. But, after only 300 miles, I started havin' some trouble with broken spokes in the back wheel, eh. That was a letdown 'cause I was expectin' better durability from the bike. I'm hopin' that the company thinks about using tougher spokes in future models to avoid this issue, eh.
Year-round commuter bike
I gotta tell ya, this bike is a game-changer. The design and quality are top-notch, and for the price, it's totally worth it. The gates belt and pinion combo on this baby is a dream, making my ride smooth and efficient. The instruction videos were a nice bonus, they helped me set up the bike and get the dyno hub power flowing to the light. As someone who bikes year-round, I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reliable and durable option. The only thing I did was add a suspension stem for some extra comfort, but besides that, this bike is just perfect.

Coast Enviolo cruiser purchase
Eh, I just picked up the Coast Enviolo cruiser from this shop and I gotta say, I'm over the moon with my buy. The bike not only looks good, but it rides like a dream. I was really drawn to the belt drive and rear hub on this model, and they did not disappoint. Sadly, UPS messed up the front fender during shipping. But the customer service team at this store was quick to fix things up with no fuss at all. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and the service I got.
Low maintenance bicycle with exceptional customer support
I've had my low maintenance bike for two years now, and I'm still in awe of how little upkeep it needs. Last week, I had to swap out a part of the front fender, and the customer service I got was excellent. The crew at Priority Bicycles made sure I got the part quick and answered all my questions right away. Overall, I've had a great experience as a customer, and I can't recommend their products and services enough.
All-weather bike
I just bought a wicked all-weather bike from this company and let me tell ya, it's been workin' like a charm. Being up here in Canada, I needed somethin' that could handle the winter weather, and this bike is doin' the trick. The gears shift real smooth and takin' on hills is easy peasy, even for someone like me who ain't exactly in top shape.
Comfy and versatile bike
I'm really happy with the bike I bought. It's great for cruising around the city, pulling a bike trailer, checking out construction sites, and heading to the park. The bike rides super smooth and comfy, and I get compliments on it all the time. It really does everything I need it to.
Easy assembly, quality product
I had no problems with shipping, putting it together was easy, and the product is just as they said it would be. The bike is really well-made, except for the wheels/rims which don't seem very sturdy. I decided to add fenders because the bike has spots for them and they make it look even better. The gears shift smoothly and pedaling is a breeze.
Multiple bicycle purchases
I recently bought a bunch of bikes from this company and I gotta say, every purchase has been super easy. The bikes are top-notch quality and make for a great ride. I got the L Train disc, the Continuum Onyx, and two youth models for my grandkids. Those little ones are riding them all the time without any problems. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
