I ordered something from this company not too long ago, but it's been a whole two weeks and my purchase still hasn't shown up. I've tried emailing them, but I haven't heard back at all. It's really getting on my nerves as a customer to deal with this lack of communication and slow delivery. I'm thinking about asking my bank for a refund because this company is dropping the ball big time. I'd recommend to anyone else thinking of buying from them to hold off until they get their act together and start providing better service.

I gave them a shout to ask about the bike size before buying it. The person I talked to was super helpful and knew their stuff. I went with their suggestion and I've been loving my Joker! bike ever since. It's a blast to ride and perfect for cruising around the velodrome. The maintenance-free drivetrain is awesome, it makes it so easy to just jump on and go without any hassle.
