Cocktail glasses purchase
The cocktail glasses I bought were so disappointing. When I got them, I saw all these flaws in the glass which is not okay for a good company like that. I reached out to customer service to get a new one but even though they said it would be fast, it's been 5 months and still no solution. They're not keeping me in the loop or taking responsibility and it's really frustrating.

Smooth customer service experience
I had a great experience with customer service from this company not too long ago. Once I finally got ahold of an agent, everything went really smoothly. The agent was super quick to respond, really clear in their communication, and surprisingly kind and polite. I was impressed with how they efficiently helped me fix my problem. The only downside I found was when I first reached out with my question. Even though the agent replied within 2 minutes, it took them two days to respond fully. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the delay so I didn't stress out thinking something was wrong.

Jewelry purchase
The jewelry in this store is absolutely gorgeous and one-of-a-kind, with lots of options to pick from. I bought something online not long ago and couldn't believe how amazing it was when it showed up. The design was so detailed and beautiful, I got tons of compliments when I wore it. The workmanship and the little details are clearly top-notch, definitely worth the price.
