Cocktail glasses purchase
The cocktail glasses I bought were so disappointing. When I got them, I saw all these flaws in the glass which is not okay for a good company like that. I reached out to customer service to get a new one but even though they said it would be fast, it's been 5 months and still no solution. They're not keeping me in the loop or taking responsibility and it's really frustrating.

The folks at this bike shop really know what they're talking about. I had a fantastic time buying my new bike from them. They were super helpful, professional, and didn't mind answering all my questions. I felt good about my purchase because they really knew their stuff. Plus, their customer service was excellent. They were so nice, ready to help, and made the whole buying experience simple and hassle-free. I would definitely suggest this shop to anyone looking for a new bike.

Smooth customer service experience
I had a great experience with customer service from this company not too long ago. Once I finally got ahold of an agent, everything went really smoothly. The agent was super quick to respond, really clear in their communication, and surprisingly kind and polite. I was impressed with how they efficiently helped me fix my problem. The only downside I found was when I first reached out with my question. Even though the agent replied within 2 minutes, it took them two days to respond fully. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the delay so I didn't stress out thinking something was wrong.

The jewelry in this store is absolutely gorgeous and one-of-a-kind, with lots of options to pick from. I bought something online not long ago and couldn't believe how amazing it was when it showed up. The design was so detailed and beautiful, I got tons of compliments when I wore it. The workmanship and the little details are clearly top-notch, definitely worth the price.
