Jewelry purchase
The jewelry in this store is absolutely gorgeous and one-of-a-kind, with lots of options to pick from. I bought something online not long ago and couldn't believe how amazing it was when it showed up. The design was so detailed and beautiful, I got tons of compliments when I wore it. The workmanship and the little details are clearly top-notch, definitely worth the price.
Bracelet repair
So, eh, I went to this fancy place to get my expensive bracelets fixed and they totally nailed it! Now I can rock them again and show 'em off to all my friends. The design is wicked cool, I'm lovin' it!
Tiny cuffs
I bought a couple of cuffs from this store hoping to jazz up my collection with some unique accessories, but man was I let down. They were way too small, barely even fit around my wrists. When I reached out to customer service to complain, they hit me with the "final sale" line and said there was nothing they could do. It sucks that this store is out here selling stuff they claim fits adults when it clearly doesn't. Better off saving your cash and shopping somewhere else.
Heavy bracelets with weak magnets
Bracelets tend to fall apart easily cause they're made poorly.
Lucite rope paisley pave bracelet
I recently bought a lucite rope paisley pave bracelet from this store, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the item. When I got the bracelet, I noticed that the pave inserts weren't even in the bracelet, they were in a separate bag! It seemed like the item was sent to me completely unfinished, which was super disappointing. On top of that, the customer service wasn't helpful at all and kinda led me on when it came to trying to fix the issue and return the bracelet. Overall, my whole experience with this purchase was really disappointing, and I just wanna warn anyone thinking about buying from this store to watch out for the quality and service they provide.
Earring purchase
I recently bought a pair of earrings from this company. I accidentally picked the wrong color and wanted to swap it for the same item in a different color. But, to my dismay, the company wouldn't let me exchange it, not even on the day I got my order. This lack of customer service and flexibility really bugged me and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I'd warn other buyers to watch out for this policy before purchasing anything.
Just a necklace
So I was browsing online and found this really nice necklace. It said if I signed up for their emails, they'd give me a discount. I thought, why not? I signed up, got the code, and when I tried to use it, it didn't work! I emailed them and they told me it was only for new customers. Seriously? Not cool! I mean, I made a purchase from them last year, so what's the big deal? They should have mentioned that in the offer!
Overpriced handbag
I treated myself to a fancy handbag for a special event, but when it arrived, it was just tossed into a plastic bag inside a plain cardboard box. I was expecting that VIP luxury experience, but all I got was a letdown. For the amount of money I spent, I was hoping for a bit more class. No nice wrapping or protective bag, it felt like a bargain buy instead of a splurge.
