DeliveryI treated myself to a fancy handbag for a special event, but when it arrived, it was just tossed into a plastic bag inside a plain cardboard box. I was expecting that VIP luxury experience, but all I got was a letdown. For the amount of money I spent, I was hoping for a bit more class.
