CommunicationSo I was browsing online and found this really nice necklace. It said if I signed up for their emails, they'd give me a discount. I thought, why not? I signed up, got the code, and when I tried to use it, it didn't work! I emailed them and they told me it was only for new customers. Seriously? Not cool! I mean, I made a purchase from them last year, so what's the big deal? They should have mentioned that in the offer!
