    Luxury jewelry

    I recently bought some fancy jewelry and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The website was a pain to use and didn't make it easy to find what I was looking for. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was seriously lacking.

    The brand itself just doesn't seem to have that same sparkle it used to. Compared to other luxury jewelry brands like Tiffany & Co., it falls short. It's kind of disappointing to see such a well-known brand not living up to its reputation.

    On top of all that, I was surprised by the extra charges for shipping and gift wrapping - it just seemed unnecessary. And the limit of 20 characters for a gift card? Way too restrictive. The whole experience really made me question whether this brand is really committed to making their customers happy.

    Defective Vase

    So, we got this fancy vase as a wedding gift for our Son and Daughter In-Law, but it was a real letdown. After just a few months, a chip popped up, making it look bad and totally useless. When we tried to ask about any warranty, turns out there's none in the US. In Australia, though, they offer a one year replacement deal for customers. Their response saying the vase is just for show, not actual use, really got us frustrated and disappointed. Seems like this brand cares more about looks than quality or durability. We ended up having to shell out more money to get a replacement from a different company that actually stands by their stuff.

    Wedding anniversary gifts

    The collection of Waterford crystal that me and my partner have gathered over the years is really special to us. We've got everything from fancy glasses to beautiful light fixtures. But, gotta say, the customer service lately has been a real let down. We've tried to contact them a few times to see about buying some specific pieces for our collection, but every time we just get vague answers and promises that don't come through. On the other hand, brands like Lalique and Baccarat have been way more appreciative of our business.

    The cocktail glasses I bought were so disappointing. When I got them, I saw all these flaws in the glass which is not okay for a good company like that. I reached out to customer service to get a new one but even though they said it would be fast, it's been 5 months and still no solution. They're not keeping me in the loop or taking responsibility and it's really frustrating.

    Mother-in-law frames purchase

    I recently bought 2 frames as a gift for my mother-in-law. The frames were supposed to work for any kind of photo, but turns out they only fit portrait photos. It wasn't mentioned on the website, which was disappointing. And on top of that, the return process is a real hassle - I have to send them all the way back to the US even though I bought them from the Canadian site. The return shipping charges were way too high, and they even deducted the initial shipping costs from my refund - not fair at all. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but still no response or refund. All in all, just a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    Whiskey glasses presentation box

    I'm pretty let down by the customer service here. I asked about when they'd have more presentation boxes for whiskey glasses, but got no answer after trying several times. I ended up buying the glasses when they were back in stock, but they didn't turn out like I hoped. They don't have that crystal-like ring when you tap them, which is a bad sign for me. After seeing other reviews like mine, I'm starting to doubt if this company is for real. Is this brand really as high-end as we think, or are we getting tricked?

    Potentially faulty item

    I bought something from this company not long ago and it looks like there's something wrong with it. So, I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email, Instagram, and Messenger to sort things out, but it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they couldn't even help me change my shipping address. Like seriously, that's just not cool and pretty darn disappointing. If you're thinking about buying something from this company, I'd suggest checking out other options instead.

    Vases and champagne flutes

    Customer service is terrible! I ordered some vases and champagne flutes, but they vanished after UPS said they delivered them. I've tried emailing and using their online form multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. Not even my credit card company could help as they're not picking up the phone.     Quick estimate for our roof

    Yeah, so we had to get our roof looked at and the roofers mentioned Waterford. They were quick to come out and all, but then they wanted to charge us just for inspecting the roof! That's not right. We didn't even have any work done and they think we should still pay? Completely unfair.

They just asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I decided on a replacement, but I told them to check the glasses first to make sure they weren't damaged. Even after sending them a bunch of follow-up emails, I still haven't heard anything back. It's pretty clear that they don't care about their customers and don't appreciate return business. I really recommend avoiding buying anything from them.
