Christmas gift - wine glasses
I got these wine glasses from my daughter for Christmas, but they were the wrong size. I tried reaching out to customer service on their website, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. It was super frustrating because I just wanted to swap the glasses for the right ones. I wouldn't suggest buying from them since their customer service is so bad, you can't fix any problems that come up.

Inkjet printer
I just bought a Brother inkjet printer and honestly, it's not great. The print quality is just okay and setting it up was way harder than it needed to be. The interface on the printer is not very user-friendly and it's hard to figure out. Plus, it keeps jamming and that's a real pain. I wouldn't suggest this printer to anyone.
