My experience with Kenzzi was amazing from beginning to end. I got a notification that my package had arrived, but I couldn't find it anywhere. So, I reached out to customer service right away and got a response within an hour. The person, Toni, was super helpful and quick. Soon enough, my package showed up in my mailbox in less than 12 hours. Toni's communication was speedy, clear, and made sure I got my order on time. She even checked in a few days later to see if I was happy with the product. The product itself arrived in just 4 days at my place in Denver, and it's already starting to work well. I'd definitely recommend Kenzzi after this great experience.

Eh, this hair removal gadget has seriously changed the game for me. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am so happy I decided to give it a shot. I just got this acne and age spot treatment from this company, eh, and had a bit of a hiccup with some missing bits in my order. I got in touch with their customer service team, and they sorted it out in the end, so all good, eh. That's so cool! I came across some Tiktok videos and figured, why not give it a try? I started noticing a difference after a while and now I'm totally into it. It's almost like magic, but you have to keep at it. I have way less hair now and it's incredible. It can be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. Problem is, I've tried contacting Kenzzi before and never got a response. Plus, the lack of updates on my shipment just added to my annoyance. Waiting for so long for my order, only to get hit with unexpected fees, left me feeling pretty disappointed. This whole experience has definitely made me question Kenzzi's business practices.

My recent purchase was a total letdown because the product didn't work like it was supposed to. When I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful or professional.
