Expedited shipping order
I recently ordered something I really needed right away and paid extra for fast shipping. But here's the kicker - I never got an email confirming my order. When I contacted customer service, they said my item was being processed and shipped. But when I asked for tracking details, they went MIA. Eventually, I found out my item was on hold, and let me tell you, I was not pleased with the lack of info and communication from the company.

As a savvy shopper, I gotta say my experience with this product was a huge letdown. I thought the Kenzzi device was gonna be a game-changer, but once I got it, I realized it just wasn't cutting it for me. So, I followed the steps to return it like the company said. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to tell me they only got bits and pieces of the product back, even though I know I sent it all back together with a tracking number. It's frustrating to feel like your money's being taken and not getting any sort of fix for the problem.

I ordered a Kenzzi product about a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I've been emailing them a lot asking for a tracking number, and I finally got one. But, after three weeks of not seeing any updates on the tracking, I found out that they didn't even send the product through the postal agency. I've sent so many emails, but all I get back are vague promises to check on the issue. I told them how unhappy I am, but they don't seem to care. I even asked for a refund, but they said no. I really recommend not buying anything from this company.

Hey there, just wanted to share my experience as a customer who ordered from Kenzzi. I gotta say, it was pretty frustrating dealing with the delays in delivery and having to pay unexpected import taxes. That's so cool! I came across some Tiktok videos and figured, why not give it a try? I started noticing a difference after a while and now I'm totally into it. It's almost like magic, but you have to keep at it. I have way less hair now and it's incredible. It can be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. I've been telling all my friends about it, for sure.

I just got this acne and age spot treatment from this company, eh, and had a bit of a hiccup with some missing bits in my order. Faulty product and poor customer service
I was really excited after seeing all the buzz on social media about this product, but my experience turned out to be a total nightmare. IPL device, expensive, shipping issue, customer service problem, frustration
My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I came across a recommendation from someone I follow online and thought I'd treat myself to an IPL device as a Christmas gift. The problem started when I tried to make the purchase on their website and it wouldn't let me because of my location in South Africa. After reaching out to customer service and finally managing to place my order, the device somehow got sent to the wrong address in Hong Kong. I tried to sort it out with Kenzzi, but all I got were delayed responses, unhelpful replies, and they even refused to give me a refund for their mistake. It was frustrating and I felt like I got ripped off for a lot of money because of their lack of responsibility and how poorly they handled the whole thing.
Late delivery Christmas gift
