    Helpful online tutoring but some technical issues

    I love using the online tutoring platform to help me with my homework. The tutors are really nice and explain things well. It's just frustrating when the pen tablet doesn't work on the whiteboard and I can't write properly. Some tutors also struggle with using all the cool features like screen sharing, which makes the lessons a bit slower.

    Usually, I like to buy my clothes from a particular fancy brand, but they didn't have the sweater I wanted in my size. So, I took a risk and ordered from this website. Turns out, the sweater I got was totally real because I already have the same one in another color from the brand. I was happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from here again if I had to. The only tiny issue was that the shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but it wasn't a big deal.

    I just bought a multitool to have in my car for emergencies, eh? After checking out different brands, I settled on this one because it seemed sturdy and good quality. It looked pretty cool and well-made when I first got it, but after using it for a few weeks, I noticed that one of the blades wasn't as sharp as I wanted, eh? I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement and they were really helpful, got it sorted out quick. Overall, I'm happy with the multitool, but they should probably work on making the blades better, eh?

    You know, I gotta say, I used to really enjoy shopping at this place for my graphic tees, but lately, I've been let down. The t-shirts and prints just aren't as good quality as they used to be. The prints start peeling off after only a short time wearing them, and don't even get me started on how much the t-shirts shrink after a few washes. I used to show off my cool designs from here, but now I'm just not feeling it.

    Power Houdi sweaters

    I've always loved my Power Houdi sweaters - they're top-notch quality. They stay looking great wash after wash, no pilling, keeps their shape, you name it. Yeah, they're a bit pricey, but totally worth every penny. However, when I bought some pants made from the same material, not the same story. Super comfy, but they started pilling after one wear! Since they were expensive, I went back to the store to make a complaint. Houdini didn't waste any time - they reached out, asked for the pants back, and quickly sent me a new pair. Their customer service is on point, just like their reputation for top-notch gear. Two thumbs up for Houdini!

    Over the knee boots

    I recently bought a pair of over the knee boots from this store, thinking I was adding a cool new item to my wardrobe. But boy, was I let down by what I got. These boots looked nothing like the ones they had on the website. Instead of being over the knee like they said, they hit at my knee, and I'm not even that tall. The little tassel thingies looked super cheap, and the calf size was way smaller than what they claimed online. I tried to leave a bad review for the boots a bunch of times, but they never showed up. Seems like the company ain't too keen on being upfront with their customers.

    Custom designed tattoo purchase

    I recently bought a custom-designed tattoo as a thoughtful gift for someone who's having a rough time. Even though the tattoo was supposed to be delivered, it didn't reach the person because they live in a big building. I contacted customer support through email to try and fix the issue, and I was happy to get a quick and personal reply from Sophie. She not only sorted out my concerns fast, but also sent the tattoo again to make sure it got to the right person. I'm really amazed by the fantastic customer service from the Ink Box team.

    Frustrating booking experience

    The booking process was so long and annoying, eh! I had so many problems and had to wait forever to talk to someone. The agents didn't seem to know what they were doing, and I had to ask for a supervisor a bunch of times before they finally fixed my problem. And even then, they didn't listen to me about using my airline credit. But after some more back-and-forth with the supervisor, things are finally starting to look up, eh!

    Winter outerwear purchase

    Even though I liked the stuff I got before and was a happy customer, this time I had a rough go. The phone number I called for help took me to an online chat thing where they wanted me to cough up a buck just to ask about shipping. Even after trying a bunch of times, I still couldn't get a straight answer. Couldn't even talk to a real person! The whole thing was a headache and left me thinking twice about buying from them again.
