Repair of Leatherman tool
I recently sent in my old multi-tool for repair because the serrated blade had snapped. I told the company how much this tool meant to me because it was a gift with sentimental value. I was so surprised when they not only replaced the serrated blade, but they also replaced the standard blade, diamond file, saw, screwdriver bits, eyeglasses bit, and even upgraded the pliers to the new style with removable cutters. Keeping the original chassis and scissors intact was so important to me and really kept the sentimental value of the tool. I'm really impressed with how much care and attention they put into fixing my tool.
Serrated and straight blade replacement
I was totally amazed when I sent in my trusty multi-tool for a blade replacement recently. I've had the Leatherman Wave for 16 years and was kind of reluctant to let it go, even for just a bit. But let me tell you, the service they provided was top-notch. They not only replaced the blades quickly, but they also tightened and cleaned all the other tools on the multi-tool. The way they paid attention to every little detail and showed how much they care really shows the quality and craftsmanship of their products. I am seriously impressed and thankful for the warranty they have. Thank you so much!
Multitool
I just bought a multitool to have in my car for emergencies, eh? After checking out different brands, I settled on this one because it seemed sturdy and good quality. It looked pretty cool and well-made when I first got it, but after using it for a few weeks, I noticed that one of the blades wasn't as sharp as I wanted, eh? I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement and they were really helpful, got it sorted out quick. Overall, I'm happy with the multitool, but they should probably work on making the blades better, eh?
Multi-tool repair and replacement
I gotta tell ya, just the other day my trusty multi-tool that I've had for 11 years finally gave out on me. I was pretty bummed about it, so I contacted the company to see about getting it fixed. Turns out they didn't have that same model anymore, but to my surprise, they offered to replace it with something similar right away. Let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. They were quick, helpful, and really came through on their warranty. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and professional.
My recent order
So, I got this really cool thing, and when it finally showed up, I was super excited to try it out! But then, I ran into a problem and needed some help. The customer service was honestly terrible, like, the worst I've ever dealt with. They didn't seem to care about my issue at all, and it was frustrating. I was pretty upset because I was worried it would ruin my whole experience with this product. But then, out of nowhere, the company reached out and told me they were sending me a replacement item! I was amazed and really happy that they were trying to make things right. So, you know, it all turned out okay in the end.
Custom engraved ARC for Christmas gift
I got a custom engraved ARC for my husband as a Christmas present. I was expecting it to come after Christmas because the website said custom orders take longer to process, but I actually got it on Dec. 19, right before the holidays. The engraving looked great and it was delivered quickly.
Multi-tool user since 1989
I've been using my multi-tool since '89 and I gotta say, it's never let me down. Super impressed with the quality and durability. It's been my go-to for all sorts of jobs. Haven't had to deal with customer service myself, but I've heard some mixed reviews from others. A company's gotta have top-notch customer service to keep folks happy and coming back for more.
Multitool
I got this multitool, right, but it broke on me. I sent it in for warranty repair or replacement, and then they hit me back saying they couldn't fix it cuz it's an old model. So they scammed me by sending over a cheaper, crappier one instead. I'm cheesed because my old tool was my go-to for everyday carry and all my outdoor escapades. Now this new one they gave me is totally useless. Big companies are all about the money, man, don't give a darn about keeping their customers happy.
