    Repair of Leatherman tool

    I recently sent in my old multi-tool for repair because the serrated blade had snapped. I told the company how much this tool meant to me because it was a gift with sentimental value. I was so surprised when they not only replaced the serrated blade, but they also replaced the standard blade, diamond file, saw, screwdriver bits, eyeglasses bit, and even upgraded the pliers to the new style with removable cutters. Keeping the original chassis and scissors intact was so important to me and really kept the sentimental value of the tool. I'm really impressed with how much care and attention they put into fixing my tool.

    I was totally amazed when I sent in my trusty multi-tool for a blade replacement recently. I've had the Leatherman Wave for 16 years and was kind of reluctant to let it go, even for just a bit. But let me tell you, the service they provided was top-notch. They not only replaced the blades quickly, but they also tightened and cleaned all the other tools on the multi-tool. The way they paid attention to every little detail and showed how much they care really shows the quality and craftsmanship of their products.     Multi-tool repair and replacement

    I gotta tell ya, just the other day my trusty multi-tool that I've had for 11 years finally gave out on me. I was pretty bummed about it, so I contacted the company to see about getting it fixed. Turns out they didn't have that same model anymore, but to my surprise, they offered to replace it with something similar right away. Let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. They were quick, helpful, and really came through on their warranty. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and professional.

    Multi tool repair

    I had to send my son's multi tool back to the company for repair and it was a total letdown. The customer service reps, Ben Rivera and Kevin Hamil, were no help at all and downright rude. They didn't even send a replacement for the broken tool and made some inappropriate comments. This kind of behavior is not okay for any company, especially one with your reputation. My son, who serves in the British Army, is really let down and won't be buying from you again.

    Free P4 multi-tool

    I just bought this Free P4 multi-tool and it's been giving me some trouble - the handles are way too loose. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but their response wasn't very helpful at all. I have really bad arthritis in my hands, so it's been tough for me to try and tighten the tool myself with a torx screw like they suggested. Now I'm stuck with a brand new tool that I can't even use, and it's a real letdown considering how good this company's products usually are.

    Purchased P4 Freeman multi tools and folding knives

    I just got a new P4 Freeman multi tool and a couple of folding knives, and let me tell you, they are amazing! The quality and durability are top-notch. The multi tool is so handy for all sorts of tasks, and the folding knives are sharp and easy to handle. I liked them so much that I ended up getting P4 Freemans for all the guys in my family as Christmas gifts.     Skeletool Chip Blade Replacement

    I just sent in my Skeletool for a new chip blade after using it for over ten years.     Despite all the good things I've heard about this store, I'm really let down by the service I got. I bought a multi-tool and then saw it on sale just a few days later for half the price. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't help me out at all. All they suggested was for me to return the item and buy it again at the sale price, which would actually end up costing the company more. It's really disappointing and frustrating to see this lack of care and understanding from them. I've had issues with their customer service before, and this experience has just confirmed that I won't be buying from them again in the future.

    Locking vs. non-locking knife

    I bought a folding knife thinking it was all good, but turns out it's a locking blade and I can't carry that around here every day. Tried to return it, but man, dealing with customer service was a headache. Been ghosted for over 5 weeks, way past the 30-day return policy. Quality of the knife is solid, but their customer support is a joke.

    My experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I've had some problems with their customer service that's got me thinking twice about coming back. When I reached out about a late order, the person I talked to didn't really help much. It felt like they didn't really care about my issue, just kept repeating stuff about shipping delays. I asked to talk to a manager, but my call went to voicemail and my email was ignored. The lack of communication and professionalism was really irritating and left me feeling pretty sour.

    So, I got this really cool thing, and when it finally showed up, I was super excited to try it out! But then, I ran into a problem and needed some help. The customer service was honestly terrible, like, the worst I've ever dealt with. They didn't seem to care about my issue at all, and it was frustrating.     I got a custom engraved ARC for my husband as a Christmas present. I was expecting it to come after Christmas because the website said custom orders take longer to process, but I actually got it on Dec. 19, right before the holidays. The engraving looked great and it was delivered quickly.

    I had to send my Leatherman Wave all the way from the UK to Portland, Oregon for repairs. The whole process went really smoothly and my tool came back in fantastic condition, just like new. The repair work was done incredibly well and I'm super happy with how it turned out.

    Bit Driver Extender, Bit Kit, Wave+

    I recently bought the Bit Driver Extender, Bit Kit, and Wave+ from you and ended up having a problem with the Bit Driver Extender. I did some research online and found out that this issue has been happening for a while now, which was disappointing to learn. The extender turned out to be defective as the bit got stuck inside on my first use, making it useless. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that because I'm outside of the USA, they couldn't replace or exchange any of the products. I did get a partial refund, but I'm still not happy with how it was handled. On top of that, I haven't heard back from my follow-up emails in the past 5 weeks.
