Phone repair service
I got my phone fixed at this place not too long ago and let me tell you, the service was amazing. The technician had my screen working again in only 15 minutes, and everything went smoothly. I handed in my receipt and got my money back right away. Sure, you have to put in a bit of work, but for $9 a month instead of $17 somewhere else, it's totally worth it.

I got a custom engraved ARC for my husband as a Christmas present. I was expecting it to come after Christmas because the website said custom orders take longer to process, but I actually got it on Dec. 19, right before the holidays. The engraving looked great and it was delivered quickly.

Purchased hair products with custom sugar and spice fragrance
I've been using these hair products for years now and they never let me down. This time, I got my order with the sugared and spiced scent, and it's amazing! I use the shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, and now the leave-in conditioner, and my hair has never been so good. I don't think I'll ever change to any other hair products again. The customer service is really friendly and helpful too.

Four durable and easy-to-clean rugs
I am absolutely in love with these rugs from this company! I've had two of them for years and they still look fantastic, despite having five dogs and a cat constantly running around. Being able to just toss them in the wash and have them come out looking brand new is a total game-changer, especially for pet owners like me. When I decided to redo my living room, I didn't even hesitate to order two more of these rugs right away. I also picked up two smaller ones for the bedside and they've been the perfect addition to the room. Overall, I can't recommend these rugs enough to anyone who wants easy maintenance and high-quality that lasts.

STEM Subscription boxes for kids
The STEM subscription boxes for kids are so awesome, eh? They're super well thought out and just right for their age. We've been getting them for 3 years now for our 2 kiddos and the stuff inside is top-notch. They're perfect for playing solo and help the kids learn important skills on their own. These boxes have really brought us all together and I can't thank the company enough for the great products they send us, eh.

Faulty product replacement
I recently bought a new ProL and it turned out to be defective, making a constant humming noise. I contacted customer service to get a refund, but after five months of back and forth, I got two more faulty replacements instead of a refund. It feels like a total scam - I still haven't gotten my money back. The devices might be okay, but the customer service after buying them is terrible and it's making me really mad.

The service from this company was a major letdown. They were all about promising quick delivery, but my phone case took forever to show up. And when it finally did, I realized that the tracking stopped once it hit customs, so I had no idea where it was. After weeks of waiting, my case was deemed lost, and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about using this company again.
