Quick registration process
When I got there, checking in was a bit confusing. It would have been easier if someone had shown me where to go instead of just telling me to sit down. It would have been friendlier if the staff had said hi and told me what to do.
Lifeline Screening Experience
I just had a screening with this company and I gotta say, it was pretty easy. The staff were super helpful and gave me lots of info during the screening. Even though I had to wait a bit longer than planned, the actual screening was fast and no big deal. And I got a bunch of tests for the price I paid, definitely better than what I'd pay at my doctor's office.

The staff did a great job during my screening appointment, they were quick and efficient. But I was a bit let down by the customer service rep I spoke to before the appointment, they didn't seem to know too much. Even so, I was happy with the service overall and with the results I got in the end.

Screening services
I just went for a screening service the other day and it was good for the most part, but I gotta say I was feeling a bit off about the location. They were doing the screenings in a church, and I couldn't help but think it could have been more private, you know? Just some flimsy cloth blinds separating everyone.

The screening process I went through was good and thorough. The staff were really nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable all the way through. But, I did notice that there was a lot of waiting. Even though I got there 20 minutes early for my tests, I had to wait for over an hour to actually start. And there was always more waiting in between tests, which I thought was kind of a waste of time.

The screenings at this place were so fast, almost like you blink and they're done. They want to give you results right away, but it felt a bit rushed. It was kind of like going through a drive-thru, but instead of getting a burger, you're getting screened. And if you change your mind and want to cancel, no refund! Not cool at all. Blood work not explained during testing
Hey there, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at your facility. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of explanation I received about my blood work results. It seemed like my husband and sister got their results right away and had them explained to them in person, but I was only asked if I wanted mine mailed to me. It's been a while since I had the tests done in early May and I still haven't received anything. Plus, I had trouble accessing my results online because the site didn't recognize my user name. It makes me wonder why I was treated differently by the technician.

I recently went to this place for a screening and I wasn't too happy with the service. I had to keep going back to the waiting area and they called me three times to do the tests, which was really annoying. The first two times were okay, but the third time was a disaster. The tables they used for the tests weren't comfy at all, they were hard and flat with no proper neck support. It was tough for me because I have Vertigo. The positions and movements they made me do for the Carotid Artery test made me feel dizzy and sick, so I had to stop halfway through. When I asked if there was another way to do the test, they just said no without giving me any other options. It was disappointing and frustrating.
