    Mil-Spec watch purchase

    I just bought the Mil-Spec watch and was pretty happy about how quickly it arrived. But then I found out it was broken as soon as I opened the box, which was a big letdown. I had to ask for a return label on the website because there wasn't one included. Since then, I haven't heard anything back from them even after I tried contacting them multiple times by email. The way they've been treating me as a customer, especially for a company like this, is just not right. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I might have to do a charge-back or take legal action to get my money back. I can't believe how disappointing my experience has been with Luminox.

    Trouser return for store credit

    I just took back a pair of pants to the store because they were all marked up. I returned them with the tags still on and my receipt, but they told me I could only get store credit, not a refund. They never told me that when I bought them, so I was pretty annoyed and let down. I tried to find something in my size to use the credit on, but I couldn't find anything I really liked. Now I'm stuck with store credit that I don't need, and it feels like I just threw my money away.

    Hey there, so I work as an interior designer and I bought some chairs for one of my design clients from Industry West not too long ago. And you know what? The whole customer service experience was just so disappointing. After we placed the order, they told my client that they needed more information, which we gave right away. But then, even though we tried reaching out through email every day for three days to see what was going on with the order, we didn't hear back at all. Because of their poor communication and bad customer service, we ended up deciding to cancel the order. I've been working in this industry for years, and I've never come across such unprofessional behavior.

    The glasses I bought from your company were a letdown. The pictures online made them look great, but in reality, they didn't live up to my hopes. The frames were so light and delicate, and they didn't sit straight on my face. Even though the size should have been big, they ended up being small and snug. I was really not happy with the return policy either, it was really tough to send the glasses back. So, I won't be buying anything else from your company and I'll tell my friends and family not to either.

    As a big fan of pickleball here in Toronto, I was so excited to find a great variety of pickleball clothing and shoes at the store.     I ordered two bras from this online store because they had a 60-day return policy, but it didn't turn out well. I used their fit tool to figure out my size and picked two styles they suggested. It took ages for them to show up, and when they finally did, I took off the tags and wore them for a bit. They ended up being super uncomfortable - digging into my skin whenever I bent over or sat down, I even got bruises! I tried to send them back, but turns out they don't accept returns on bras without the tags. Such a pain!
