    As someone who's been with the company for a while and has quite a few domain names, I haven't really needed to contact customer service all that much thanks to how good the technology and user interface are. But when I did reach out, the folks in customer service were fantastic - super helpful, nice, and quick to resolve any issues. Plus, the prices are really competitive, which makes it a solid option for buying domain names.

    Turkey ammo for hunting

    I just bought some turkey ammo for an upcoming hunt from this program. But when I got my order, I noticed that what I got didn't match up with what was on their website. I was expecting 12 gauge ammo but got 20 gauge instead. When I reached out to customer service about it, they tried to tell me it was my fault, which was really frustrating. This whole situation has left me feeling let down, so I won't be using this program again.

    High-quality microscopes

    I recently bought a bunch of top-notch microscopes for my lab from this online store. The microscopes themselves are amazing and really stepped up our research game. But man, the service from the company was a huge let-down. My order took forever to process, and even after emailing them a bunch of times, I never got a single response. It was super annoying to find out from the shipping company that my order got sent back to the store with no heads-up. This ended up delaying things a lot and costing me time and money. The lack of communication and customer service was just not cool, and honestly, it left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

    Two bras purchased

    I ordered two bras from this online store because they had a 60-day return policy, but it didn't turn out well. I used their fit tool to figure out my size and picked two styles they suggested. It took ages for them to show up, and when they finally did, I took off the tags and wore them for a bit. They ended up being super uncomfortable - digging into my skin whenever I bent over or sat down, I even got bruises! I tried to send them back, but turns out they don't accept returns on bras without the tags. Such a pain!
