I bought some cool stuff
Yeah, the folks working there are really rude and talk trash about you right to your face. It's seriously not cool at all. They act all stuck up and act like they're better than everyone. Like, seriously, why work there if you can't stand people? It's just not cool at all.
Recent clothing purchases
I just bought some clothes from that store, and I gotta say, I wasn't impressed with the quality. After only a few weeks, I noticed there were holes in one of my tees and the print was peeling off another. But, I gotta give credit where it's due - the hoodies I got were really good quality.
Clothing item
I was happy with the clothing I got from this company, but I was really let down by the customer service and how they dealt with my order. I got an invoice with another customer's private info on it, which means my details are out there somewhere too. That's a big mistake on their end. I've tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times about this, but no one has gotten back to me yet. The fact that they're not communicating and taking responsibility for this is not okay. It's worrying that private info is getting shared incorrectly.
Shoes purchase
The store looks really nice and has a great vibe. They have some really cool shoes that you don't see at other stores. I think it's awesome that they do stuff like go to festivals. But, their online store needs some work. The descriptions of the products are off, the shipping costs are high, and you have to pay for returns. Also, the discount codes don't even work! They definitely need to fix these things. Going to the store is fun, but the online shopping needs some serious improvements.
Online order for product
My recent order from that company sucked. I placed an order and then got an email two days later saying my money was being refunded, no heads up or anything about a problem with my order. I had to pay upfront and now I have to wait like 10 days for my money back, which is ridiculous. Plus, the shipping costs were way too expensive. I'm never buying from them again.
High-end children's clothing
I just went to that store and was so impressed with the service I got there. The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. I had a problem with one of their products and they quickly sent it to head office. The next day, they let me know they had found a solution. It's rare to find such efficient and caring customer service these days, which is what makes this store really stand out in the children's fashion world. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for high-quality clothing for their kids.
My new sweater was sent back by mistake.
So, eh, my new sweater got sent back by mistake by this big delivery company, eh. Called up the store in the cool city of Amsterdam, eh. They were so nice on the phone and helped me out, eh. They sent the sweater back to me again, eh. The lady I talked to was really nice and it was all fixed up perfectly, eh!
High shipping and return costs
I was really let down by how much the shipping and return fees cost me as a customer. I get that those costs are needed, but when I sent back my whole order, I thought I'd get my shipping fee back like the law says. But this company didn't follow the rules and didn't refund me like they were supposed to. After two annoying emails, I finally got my money back, but the whole thing left me feeling pretty yucky.
Defective sweater prints
I just bought two sweaters from this company for my sons, but the prints were all messed up. I reached out to customer service right away, sent some pictures of the problem, and they didn't give me a hard time at all. They sorted out the return and quickly sent me new sweaters. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were.
Food delivery
The service at this place was awful, eh? Like, the staff had such bad attitudes and were not helpful at all. It was like they didn't even care about us customers and were just there to do what they had to do, no smiles or anything. Both the guy and the girl at the counter were super rude, eh? They acted like they were doing me this huge favor just by taking my order. Terrible experience, honestly.
Hidden Shipping Costs
I tried to buy something on this website the other day, planning to drop about $300. The website said free shipping for orders over $150, but when I went to pay, there were shipping charges added. I phoned customer service and they told me that during the sale, shipping costs apply no matter what. I think it's unprofessional that this important detail wasn't mentioned on the website.
Wrong order received
I've been coming to this store a lot and I've always been happy with what I buy. But this time, they got my order wrong. Luckily, the customer service team fixed it right away and did a great job. I really appreciate how fast they handled everything.
waited for my order for 2 weeks
My order is taking so long to get here! I told them to check with the delivery folks, but they said it'll be another 2 weeks. Can you believe that? I've had this problem before, and it was fixed much faster. Plus, they blamed UPS, but I didn't even order from UPS! Their service is really letting me down. Avoid ordering from them at all costs! 😡
Children's clothing purchase
My family and I recently went on a trip to Amsterdam to shop for clothes for our 13 and 16-year-old kids. We wanted to get some special tote bags, so we decided to go to a store in person instead of shopping online. When we got there, we were kind of bummed out because they sent us to the kids' section, even though we wanted to shop in the adult section. The kids ended up getting kids' tote bags, which was a big disappointment for them because they didn't want to be caught carrying those bags at school. The service at the kids' store was not great - the staff there seemed kind of short and unfriendly. Over on the adult side of the store, the salespeople were much nicer. But when we asked if we could swap the kids' tote bags for adult ones, they said no way. After driving 200 km and spending €400, we left the store empty-handed without the tote bags we wanted.
Four pack
I recently bought a four pack and I must say, I was really happy with the service I got. My daughter, who is 14, made the trip all the way to Amsterdam to get it but had a little hiccup that left her feeling let down. But after I reached out to the company via email, I got a super friendly and helpful response. I'm really pleased with how they helped me out. The folks at this place really went out of their way to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Their amazing customer service skills didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for all their hard work.
new backpack
So I picked up this new backpack from the store and I was really looking forward to using it. But when I unboxed it, it was nothing like what I saw online! The pockets were all in the wrong places, and there wasn't even a big zippered pocket like I was hoping for. I feel like this store totally fooled me, making all these promises and then delivering something completely different. And let's not even talk about the price, it's just too much. And the shipping fees? Outrageous. I had high hopes for this store, but man, was I let down.
