Money transfer to US
I sent some money to my buddy in the States, eh? It was a real pain in the butt, took way too long. They were all suspicious like I was up to something shady, but I was just trying to help out a pal, ya know? Ended up having to send the money all over again through my own bank. Was super frustrating. At least they refunded me the fees for the second transfer, so that was decent of them. Still, not overly impressed with the whole situation.

Phone grip stand
I've been using these phone grip stands for a while now and I have to say, they are a real game-changer. The stand is so handy for holding cards and really helps prevent my phone from taking a beating when it accidentally drops, thanks to it landing on the grip stand. I did actually end up breaking mine after having it for 4 years, but honestly, I can't even remember how it happened. It's too bad these aren't easy to find in stores like Shoppers Drug Mart or Staples, but after some digging, I finally tracked down where to get them again. Overall, I'm super happy with this product and was pleasantly surprised by how long it held up.

Defective sweater prints
I just bought two sweaters from this company for my sons, but the prints were all messed up. I reached out to customer service right away, sent some pictures of the problem, and they didn't give me a hard time at all. They sorted out the return and quickly sent me new sweaters. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were.
