    Faulty product experience

    I had a pretty crappy experience with this product I bought from the company. The customer service was bad - couldn't even chat with a real person on the phone. And when I got the product, it was messed up. I talked to the company about it, but they wouldn't own up to it. They said it was my fault, and I ended up with no fix, money back, or new item. That ain't right. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    My new sweater was sent back by mistake.

    So, eh, my new sweater got sent back by mistake by this big delivery company, eh. Called up the store in the cool city of Amsterdam, eh. They were so nice on the phone and helped me out, eh. They sent the sweater back to me again, eh. The lady I talked to was really nice and it was all fixed up perfectly, eh!

    anklet and necklace tarnished so fast

    I was super pumped about getting my new anklet and necklace, but after only a week of wearing them, they started to tarnish! The design was adorable, but I was pretty let down that they didn't hold up longer. I mean, for the price I shelled out, I was hoping for better quality.

    Quick delivery, well-packaged product, great price

    I recently bought something and man, was I impressed by how fast it got here. They really took care to wrap it up real good so it wouldn't get damaged. And get this - the price was amazing, couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. So happy with my purchase!

    So, I bought some stuff online and it wasn't a great experience. I got a few things that didn't meet my expectations, so I wanted to return them. But getting the return labels was a real headache and took forever. I finally sent the stuff back, but it's been over 5 weeks and still no refund. On top of that, I had to pay extra taxes that weren't mentioned when I bought the items. Honestly, the whole customer service was awful and I'm not happy at all.

    The marketing team called me at 11pm at night, when I told them the time and that I was in bed, they replied with "ill be super quick" ???? wouldn't register here if I was paid

    Right? What's up with the midnight calls?
    And then complete silence when you ask them to explain their charges after you cancelled your subscription.
    The only thing I learned from them is to always check if a business is legit before signing up for anything. Unfortunately, I was naive and they took advantage of that....
