I recently bought a four pack and I must say, I was really happy with the service I got. My daughter, who is 14, made the trip all the way to Amsterdam to get it but had a little hiccup that left her feeling let down. But after I reached out to the company via email, I got a super friendly and helpful response. I'm really pleased with how they helped me out. The folks at this place really went out of their way to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Their amazing customer service skills didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for all their hard work.

Frustrating experience with out-of-stock items
Review about: Dressbarn
So, I ordered some stuff online and was hoping to get it soon. But turns out, they didn't actually have it in stock, even though their website said they did. I tried reaching out for help, but all they gave me were excuses like "pre-sale" and "in transit". Now it's been two weeks, and the item is nowhere to be found on the site. I'm starting to think I won't even get my money back, especially after reading bad reviews from other folks. It's just frustrating, you know?
