I ordered a side table from this company not too long ago, but it took way too long for them to deliver it. I ended up canceling my order and the customer service team promised me a refund. But guess what? I never got my money back! It's pretty disappointing to see a company pull off such shady moves.

Hey there, so I work as an interior designer and I bought some chairs for one of my design clients from Industry West not too long ago. And you know what? The whole customer service experience was just so disappointing. After we placed the order, they told my client that they needed more information, which we gave right away. But then, even though we tried reaching out through email every day for three days to see what was going on with the order, we didn't hear back at all. Because of their poor communication and bad customer service, we ended up deciding to cancel the order. I've been working in this industry for years, and I've never come across such unprofessional behavior.

I just bought three things from this furniture store and I gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. The Outo, Delta, and Nomad chairs got here way quicker than I thought and they were packaged really well so they arrived in perfect shape. I've ordered from a few furniture places this year and this one definitely stands out for their great products and how well they package them.

So, I bought a coffee table online and got charged for it, but it never showed up. I've tried reaching out to cancel my order and get my money back twice, but haven't heard back at all. Now I have to deal with the headache of calling my credit card company. It's just so weird!

I just bought a dining table from this store and it didn't come with all the parts I needed, plus there was an extra table top. I was so disappointed with how they messed up the packaging and didn't pay attention to detail. On top of that, the customer service was no help at all. I had to practically beg them to do something because I got the table from their warehouse, so they didn't seem to care as much. It took me 4 hours of frustration trying to fix the issue, and even after 3 days, nothing has been sorted out.
