    I had a really bad experience with my order from that company. I placed my order but never got it, and when I asked for help, they weren't very helpful and kinda brushed me off. The customer service was really lacking, and it just made me feel annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing.

    Delayed order, unhelpful customer service

    I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered something weeks ago and it's still not here. The website promised it would only take 3-7 working days to process, but it's been 5 weeks and nothing has shown up. I tried contacting customer support, but they weren't helpful. No tracking info, no updates, just silence. They already have my money, but I have nothing in hand. This is not okay.

    Recent online clothing purchase

    I had a big problem with the clothes I bought online recently. I ordered them, but never got the package. So I contacted customer service for help, but the response wasn't very helpful and seemed like they were just stalling. So I ended up filing a complaint through PayPal. What made me really mad was that Zaful had proof they sent out the order, but they still wouldn't give me a refund for the lost package. It was disappointing because other online stores have refunded me right away when my orders got lost.

    My experience with this company was a total letdown. The stuff I got was low quality, and the customer service was useless and super frustrating. The choices they gave me were all over the place and didn't really help fix anything. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, they wanted to give it in some weird currency that just made everything even more complicated.

    Overpriced, poor quality clothes

    Don't waste your money at this place, trust me. The delivery was so slow, the clothes were cheap and see-through, and dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They say they have free returns, but it's all a lie. Returning items is super tough, and when you manage to do it, they try to make you pay for shipping. It's a total scam and not worth the trouble.

    I just bought something not too long ago and ended up getting charged twice for it, which was really annoying. When I called customer service about it, they told me they don't do refunds, only give partial credits. Also, the stuff I got wasn't all that great quality and there were a ton of misleading details on the website.     I bought some dresses from this place and wow, it was a complete disaster! The dresses looked adorable in the pictures but when they arrived, they looked nothing like what I had picked out. And the quality was terrible, it felt like paper! I tried reaching out to them about it but their customer service was terrible, they didn't seem to care one bit. I'm never shopping there again!

    Bought items, return issue

    I'm having a really bad time trying to get a return label for the stuff I bought. Every time I go to the link they gave me, I just keep getting error messages. Can't get a hold of customer service either, no answer on the phone or email. Been trying for days and still no return label. If this doesn't get sorted out soon, I might have to take legal action. I'm logged in but can't find the button to start a return. So frustrated, I might have to post about this bad experience online to warn others.

    I got these really awesome swim trunks, eh! But when they arrived, they were way too small for me. So, I thought I'd send them back, but turns out you can't return swimsuits. Isn't that strange, eh? Luckily, I reached out to them, and after a bit of chatting back and forth, they ended up giving me a refund for the trunks. So, their customer service was great, but their return policy is a bit silly, eh.

    I'm so frustrated with this company, it's honestly disappointing. It feels like they're just out to let people down.     Incorrect Size Shoes

    Hey there,

    So, I goofed up and ordered the wrong size for the shoes I wanted. When I tried to return them and get the right size, turns out they were all out of stock. Bummer, right? But listen, this guy named Hossam totally saved the day with his amazing customer service skills. He was super quick to reply and let me know I'd be getting a full refund in 7-14 days.

    Originally, I was planning on sending the shoes back, but Hossam suggested donating them to charity instead. What a great idea! I really appreciate the support and service I got throughout this whole situation. Such a good experience overall.

    Two tops and a dress

    I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered two tops and a dress, but I haven't gotten anything yet. The customer service has been awful. They haven't helped me find my missing items, and my ZAFUL account looks like it was cleared with no explanation or help in getting it back. It's like they restarted everything and I'm left in the dark. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

    My recent experience with package delivery was not great. The ordering process was fine, but the 3rd party delivery company did a bad job. They left the package in a 'SAFE' spot and it got stolen fast. This makes the delivery folks look bad. Customer service didn't help much when I told them what happened - they just said the package was delivered. It's not good to see them not caring about customer satisfaction and safety. In the end, I wouldn't suggest using this service to others because the delivery might not be reliable and you could lose your stuff.

    Refund process

    I had to ask for a refund for two things that didn't work out for me lately. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to send them back to the US from the UK, which ended up costing a lot for postage. But, I do appreciate that the brand gave back most of the money from the sale and let me keep the items to give to a pal or donate to charity. The customer service and communication from the brand have been top-notch during this whole thing, and now I'm just looking forward to getting my refund in the next few weeks.
