Incorrect Size Shoes
Hey there,
So, I goofed up and ordered the wrong size for the shoes I wanted. When I tried to return them and get the right size, turns out they were all out of stock. Bummer, right? But listen, this guy named Hossam totally saved the day with his amazing customer service skills. He was super quick to reply and let me know I'd be getting a full refund in 7-14 days.
Originally, I was planning on sending the shoes back, but Hossam suggested donating them to charity instead. What a great idea! I really appreciate the support and service I got throughout this whole situation. Such a good experience overall.Review about: eDreams
