I just wanted to say thanks for getting back to me so quickly about changing my room to a standard one for my stay on August 24th. I did have a few tweaks I wanted to make, but the customer service team wasted no time in getting the hotel to approve the final decision. Much appreciated!

I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered two tops and a dress, but I haven't gotten anything yet. The customer service has been awful. They haven't helped me find my missing items, and my ZAFUL account looks like it was cleared with no explanation or help in getting it back. It's like they restarted everything and I'm left in the dark. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
