Two year scratch warranty for prescription glasses
I just bought the two year scratch warranty for my prescription glasses and let me tell you, I was pretty let down by the service. The staff told me that if my lenses got scratched within those two years, they'd replace them. But what they didn't mention is that the new lenses would use my old prescription, not the new one from my latest eye check-up. This was a real pain because I had gotten used to the new prescription and going back to the old one was a hassle. I wouldn't suggest getting this warranty if you're someone who often updates your prescription.

Eh, buddy, I gotta tell ya, Zola ain't cool at all, eh. I ordered six things, right, and only three came in. And here's the kicker, they were all beat up, with forklift holes and everything! This app is pretty awesome, eh? It's really changin' how I think 'bout food. The lessons are simple to understand, and they ain't dull at all. And the AI is like havin' a wicked smart pal givin' me a hand. Only thing that could be improved is if they showed me more pics of portion sizes, but it's all good. I'm gettin' closer to reachin' my goals and feelin' pretty darn good 'bout it!

Unexpected Yearly Payment
I was totally caught off guard when I saw a charge for an annual subscription to the service, all because I only used it once to send some photos as a PDF. There was no mention at all of a subscription or an annual fee when I was using the service. I have no idea how I somehow agreed to something that I didn’t even know about. It would have been a lot better if they had the subscription info laid out clearly before I used the service.

Faulty product warranty
Just snagged a new pair of shoes and already, less than a month later, the stitching is falling apart. Went back to the store with my receipt, and they told me I gotta go through a whole process with the brand to get new ones. Totally unimpressed with how they handle warranties. Plus, now I gotta wait weeks for the replacements to come in.
