I just started using this brokerage, and I have to say, they are really easy to work with. The platform is so simple and doesn't throw too much information at you. The customer service is great, they're really nice and quick to respond, which makes everything better. I got proof that this company is up to some shady stuff like messing with trades, charging extra when they shouldn't be, and spreading false info in ads. They promised a free tradingview account if I signed up with them, but then after I did, they hit me with a 500 usd bill! Such a bad time dealing with them; might have to take legal action. Their customer service only cares about taking my money out or charging me more. I'm ditching this broker by the end of the week; can't deal with their sneaky moves anymore. I've got all the pics they asked for, ready to send.

Putting money in and taking it out is quick and simple, and the online chat support has been handy. The only catch is if you need to deal with paperwork, you gotta wait until regular work hours. Their office is right downtown in Toronto. They seem like a pretty trustworthy broker with decent leverage and spreads. Nothing too amazing, but it does the job.

I really like when a company puts customers first like BlackBull does. They always impress me with how they're always available and reliable whenever I need them. They might not be perfect, but their focus on making sure customers are happy really makes them stand out from the rest. In the end, that's what really counts.

I've dealt with many brokers before, but this one really stands out because they take forever to process withdrawals and charge fees. It's so annoying waiting days for my money, especially when I'm using the same card, account, IP, and PC every time. Initially, the customer service team told me withdrawals would only take 24 hours max, but then they emailed me saying it could be a whole week. The platform they use is super old compared to other brokers I've tried, but the only reason I stuck with them was because of the leverage they offer.

I had a horrible experience with this broker! They randomly shut down my account with no explanation, and to top it off, when I reached out to customer service, the agent ended the chat. Now I can't even log in because they shut down my account. Watch out for this broker, they can't be trusted. Luckily, I didn't have any money in there.

I signed up last week and sent in my bank statements to get approved. It's taking longer than I thought, so I reached out to them today. They asked for more documents to confirm my address. Thanks to Daniela, my account is almost approved now! Yay!
