Excellent customer service
I gotta tell ya, the customer service I got from this company was top-notch. The reps really knew their stuff and didn't waste any time getting back to me, even late at night. I messed up on my first order, but they were super patient in helping me figure out what to do next. All in all, their customer service was absolutely outstanding - the best I've experienced.

Snake plant, fern, and terrarium plants
I recently got myself a snake plant, a fern, and terrarium plants from Bloombox Club. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I saw that my snake plant was super dried out with some brown tips. I got in touch with customer service and was surprised to hear them say this was normal. While my fern was in good shape, my terrarium plants were a whole other story. Despite paying extra for shipping and insurance, the plants came with most of their leaves stuck in plastic covers, which made them break during delivery. On top of that, the plants were packaged upside down, so the soil ended up spilling all over the box. When I told customer service about the issues, all they did was send me to the fulfilment centre, who said nothing was wrong with the plants. This lack of responsibility and customer service is really disappointing.

Pink clay mask
The pink clay mask is seriously amazing, I swear by it in my skincare routine. Can't even picture my life without it, I bring it along wherever I go. As for the other stuff from this brand, not as impressive. Feels like they're just riding the coattails of the clay mask's success. What really bugs me is how the tubs look like they're packed full, but there's actually a giant air pocket in the middle. It's happened with every single tub I've bought, super disappointing.

I just wanted to share that I recently bought a lawn mower from your company and had a really good experience overall. At first, it was a bit tough to get in touch with customer service, but once I finally did, I talked to someone who was super helpful and really knew their stuff. It was nice to know that they took my concerns seriously and went out of their way to make sure I had all the info I needed. I especially want to give a shout-out to Sharmine Alcera from the Warranty team for keeping me updated throughout the whole process. She was really professional and focused on making sure I was happy with everything. I'm happy with the new lawn mower I got as a replacement and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company and products to others.

Mattress purchase experience
Although the mattress is comfy and good quality, I've had some problems with it. It helps me sleep well, but the shape isn't great - the corners keep peeling up. It's not nice to look at, plus it messes up the look of the bedding. I contacted the company about a month ago to talk about these issues, but haven't heard back yet. It's disappointing that they're not communicating, and now I'm not sure if their customer service is dependable.

Prescription pickup disappointment
I'm really disappointed with how disorganized and poorly communicated things are at this store. Like, I've gotten messages telling me my prescription's good to go, but when I show up, they say it's not ready. It's such a waste of my time and patience. I keep counting on these notifications only to be let down over and over again. I really hope they can fix this problem for good.
