Powdered eggs order
I ordered 2 separate orders of powdered eggs from this company back in October 2022, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my products. It has been almost six months since I placed my order, and TBdress has not reached out to me regarding the status of my delivery or refunded me for the missing items. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from this company. Is anyone from TBdress reading this? Please help me get the resolution I deserve.

Face masks
I just bought some face masks from this company in hopes of getting some good quality ones to keep me and my family safe. But, sadly, I have to say that I'm pretty let down by how things have gone. Being from another country, I had to wait way longer than I expected to get my order. I get that things are tough with the supply chain right now, but I think it's important for companies to be upfront about what they can handle in terms of shipping. The mixed-up delivery times not only mess with the customer experience, but they also put at risk the safety of people who need these products to stay safe.

Interactive learning app
Eh, that interactive learning app is pretty good for keeping the young ones engaged in learning stuff, but the problem is it doesn't give us parents much control over the time spent on the non-educational stuff like music videos, art, and games. My kid seems to be more interested in those side activities instead of focusing on the main learning stuff, which kinda defeats the purpose of the app. It would be much better if there was a way to set time limits or maybe earn extra time playing those sections after completing a certain amount of educational tasks. That way, us parents can make sure our kids are getting the most out of the app and staying on track with their learning goals.
