Boots purchase
Oh, I got these boots ages ago and still haven't received them. They keep saying they'll ship them soon, but they never do. They also promised me a refund, but now they're telling me it's gonna take even more time. And to top it off, their pictures are fake and stolen from other companies! I feel like such a victimized customer 😡
Wedding dress purchase
I picked up my wedding dress and at first I thought, oh no, not packaged well. But when I opened it up, it was all good. Maybe I was expecting a fancier package, but the important thing is the dress is great quality and really affordable. It fits me perfectly and I didn't even need to customize it. I also made sure the veil and dress were the same colour since I bought them separately, and they matched perfectly. I absolutely love my veil, the colour is just perfect. I can't wait for the big day! I kinda wish I had asked to make it off-shoulder because I'm not a big fan of spaghetti straps, but it's all good, just my personal preference. Big thanks to the seller for being so helpful and responsive!
Deceptive practices
This website is totally sketchy. I ordered something and didn't even get an email to confirm it. They took my money, but I didn't hear anything about my order. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a bogus delivery number that was useless. It's pretty obvious they're not a real clothing store.
Unreceived order since March 18th
I placed an order on March 18th and it's been over 6 weeks, but I still haven't received it, eh? Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any reply, ay. The order status on the website remains unchanged since the day I made the purchase. I ordered multiple items and only trusted this site due to recommendations from influencers, which now seem suspect, y'know? Sites like this should not be allowed to operate, eh!
Brown wigs with gold highlights
Hey there, so I decided to order three brown wigs with some nice gold highlights from this company, but man, was I ever let down! First off, the shipping took forever and I had to keep bugging them for updates. When the wigs finally came, I couldn't believe it - they weren't even close to what I ordered! Instead of those beautiful brown wigs with gold highlights, I got three salt and pepper wigs that looked pretty shabby and cheap. I tried talking to customer service to sort things out, but they were no help at all and didn't even say sorry. Overall, dealing with this company was a total nightmare - I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Jackets
I recently bought a couple of jackets from this online store and man, was I let down by the quality and service. One of the jackets showed up and it was clearly thrown together with cheap material and looked like garbage. The other jacket wasn't even available, which drove me nuts considering it was still on their website. I wouldn't tell anyone to shop here 'cause you really do get what you pay for. Those reviews don't lie - cheap stuff from China and trying to return things is a complete headache.
XL white jumper purchase
I just bought a white XL sweater online, eh? It ended up being a total letdown, bud. The quality was rough, with wonky seams and bad stitching. And the sizing was all wrong - it fit more like it was made for a shorter person than the size it was supposed to be. Plus, there weren't any details about the inseam or the model's height and size on the website, so it was hard to figure out if it would actually fit right.
Dress purchase for a formal event
Eh, so I bought this dress, right? And let me tell ya, it was way too big and the quality just wasn't doin' it for me. I decided to return it outta my own pocket, no big deal. But man, gettin' a new one was a real headache. They were all like, "We didn't get your return, prove it!" After sortin' that mess out, they sent me a new dress that was even cheaper than the first one. And now they're comin' up with all sorts of excuses to not give me back the price difference. It's a real mess, eh? Me and them are still goin' at it, no resolution in sight.
Wig purchase
I've never been this let down by an online purchase before. The wig I got was totally different from what was shown in the picture on the website. It was poorly made, didn't look anything like real hair, and wasn't even good enough for a Halloween costume. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times by email, but never heard back from them. The fact that they won't communicate with me and won't let me return the item is just not right. I won't be buying anything from this company again.
Telescope
I gotta say, I was really let down by my experience with this online store. I ordered a telescope from TBDRESS, but then I saw that the name had changed after I bought it. Even though I got a confirmation email, it took a whopping 21 days for the telescope to be sent all the way from China to some random spot in Florida, which isn't even close to where I live. I reached out to customer service right away to get this sorted out, and after a few emails back and forth, they promised me a refund. It's just so frustrating to deal with all this, especially when I was so excited to get that telescope. And now that the product has disappeared from both websites, it just seems sketchier.
Dress purchase
I can't believe how bold this company is! I ordered a dress, and when it came, it was nothing like what they showed on their website. The quality was awful, and it looked so cheap. When I tried to complain to customer service, they completely ignored me. It was like they just wanted my money and left. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked for a refund, they only gave me a small amount compared to what I paid. This whole thing has been a total nightmare.
Powdered eggs order
I ordered 2 separate orders of powdered eggs from this company back in October 2022, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my products. It has been almost six months since I placed my order, and TBdress has not reached out to me regarding the status of my delivery or refunded me for the missing items. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from this company. Is anyone from TBdress reading this? Please help me get the resolution I deserve.
Coat purchase gone wrong
So, eh, I bought this coat, eh? And I was really excited for it to arrive because it looked so cute in the pictures, eh? But when it finally came, it was totally different from what I ordered, eh? Like, seriously, it was from some country in Asia and the sizes were all wrong, eh? Plus, it took forever for them to even respond to my complaints and they sounded like robots in their messages, eh? It was so frustrating and I just wanted a normal coat, you know?
Wedding dress with petticoat and top built in
This dress is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day, eh! It arrived right on time and looked just like the picture. I added a petticoat for extra volume and had a top built in because I prefer a little more coverage. I got so many compliments and felt like a princess all day, eh. Thanks a bunch for making my special day perfect!

I ordered something about 4 months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting customer service many times through email, but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they're not communicating. That lack of transparency is not okay and makes me feel like I wasted my time and money on the order. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them if you want your stuff on time.
Dress order never received
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, but I never got it. I tried contacting customer service to get some help, but they weren't very useful and didn't tell me much about where my dress was. The tracking info just said it was delivered to the US, but didn't say where exactly. And when I asked for a tracking number, they said they didn't have one. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company, I'm starting to feel like I got scammed.
