Boots purchase
Oh, I got these boots ages ago and still haven't received them. They keep saying they'll ship them soon, but they never do. They also promised me a refund, but now they're telling me it's gonna take even more time. And to top it off, their pictures are fake and stolen from other companies! I feel like such a victimized customer 😡

Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes online not too long ago, eh, and it's been well over a month since I placed my order. Even though I got a confirmation that they were shipped out, they still haven't made their way to me. The tracking number from DPD that I was given doesn't even work when I try to look it up. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but all I got back was an automated message blaming Brexit for the delay. Now I'm stuck without my shoes and have to go through all the official hoops to get my money back. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, eh.

Rev.com is definitely the go-to for closed captions, eh? My cinematographer told me about them for our short film and I gotta say, as a first-timer, it was super simple and easy to use. Even though we were working with Hawaiian Creole Pidgin English, I thought there might be some tweaks needed, but the editing tools on Rev.com were a breeze to navigate. I'll be coming back for sure for future film and video work. Their service is truly top-notch and I would highly recommend them, eh?
