I ordered three Kettlebells that were supposed to be in stock. The website said they'd arrive in 2-4 days, but when I didn't hear anything, I contacted them for an update. Turns out, my order was actually out of stock and might not come for three months. I asked for a refund because they didn't give accurate information about the stock and didn't keep me updated. It was a let-down of an experience.
