I asked about when my custom piece would be shipped, and although they took a bit longer to get back to me because of a backlog of emails, I got a message the next day saying my order was all packed up and would be sent out by the end of the week.

I placed an order on March 18th and it's been over 6 weeks, but I still haven't received it, eh? Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any reply, ay. The order status on the website remains unchanged since the day I made the purchase. I ordered multiple items and only trusted this site due to recommendations from influencers, which now seem suspect, y'know? Sites like this should not be allowed to operate, eh!
