This company went ahead and renewed my subscription without asking me, and then charged me a huge $468! I tried to get a refund and cancel right away, but they took 5 days to only send me a generic reply, saying they couldn't help. It feels like they just took my money without my consent!

As a student using this online education platform, I gotta say it's super easy to use and understand. The layout makes it simple to find what you need, and the resources are great. Whenever I've had any problems or needed help, the support team has been really quick to help out and find solutions. All in all, my time using this platform has been awesome and I would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to learn online.

The online course platform I used was so easy to navigate for both instructors and learners, which made planning really simple. The AI function was super helpful and made learning much smoother. In general, I thought it was a user-friendly platform that really improved my online learning journey.

That company's customer service is just terrible. They never seem to be around when you need them and don't even seem to care about their customers at all. And if they do finally get back to you, it takes forever - like seriously, we're talking months. And when they do finally reply, they're not even helpful. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that charges so much but can't even offer decent customer support. Just save your money and your peace of mind by avoiding this disaster of a company.

I had an issue with one of my courses not loading on the platform. But the customer support team was super fast in fixing it and gave me a solution right away. I was really impressed by how quick and professional they were in handling my problem.

I was really looking forward to the Zentangle Art Inspired workshop, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. I tried everything to get in, even resetting my password, but nothing worked. And then the person behind it all just kept pointing the finger at my computer, which made me even more frustrated. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I reached out to customer service for help, I never heard back. It felt like I got tricked by some sketchy salesperson.

So, we were having trouble paying for our upgrade on this platform. We tried reaching out for help multiple times but all we got were automated responses that didn't address our questions at all! It's been really frustrating trying to contact someone who can actually help us with making our payment to keep our upgraded service.

I'm super duper disappointed with the customer service on this platform. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times but haven't gotten any responses to my questions. The layout is confusing and some stuff doesn't even work right. The way they pay out is extra confusing, even for me as someone who knows finance. The website looks old and needs a big update to be easier to use. I'm really annoyed with how things are going and I might start looking at other platforms instead.

I ordered something online from this place and it turned out to be a total scam! The teacher promised me personalized help, but I never received any, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. They even tried to convince me to continue the course so I wouldn't be able to get my money back. I had to go through my bank to finally get a refund!

I really like being able to talk to the support team and get answers with a lot of details. The solutions might take some time, but they're helpful ideas. I think in the future, influencers will be even more crucial in getting the word out about courses. Having a two-tier affiliate system might be needed to make this happen. It's too bad that I can't do this right now, which means influencers can't really help me promote my courses to more people.

I had a problem with one of my student's answers on the platform. I contacted customer support for help, and I gotta say, Philip was amazing! He really listened and asked a lot of questions to figure out what was going on. Philip said he would pass the problem on to the tech team to look into.

Pro Plan payout issue

My payment got all mixed up because the finance department made a mistake and paid me in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars. It's been 20 days and I still haven't received my payment. Customer service just keeps giving me the same generic response and it's really frustrating. I've been with them for over 4 years and the level of service is getting worse. I recommend to other creators to avoid this platform and take their money elsewhere.

Quality

I came across this really awesome course on AWS and it was absolutely fantastic! Being a tech enthusiast, I understand how challenging it can be to handle an LMS. But with this course, it's like magic! I can perform all these complex tasks so easily, it's truly amazing!
