I just got this really nice polo shirt and knit sweater from this brand, and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with both of them. The polo shirt fits just right and the material feels really sturdy but also super comfortable. The knit sweater is so cozy and looks really stylish, especially for layering up in the colder months. I really like how well-made both of them are, with all the little details in the stitching and overall style. They've got that classic American preppy look but with a cool modern twist that I love. I know for sure that these pieces are gonna be mainstays in my wardrobe for a long time.

So, I ordered this super cool watch strap as a gift for a special occasion, but man, it arrived way later than expected. They told me it would come in 4-6 business days, but it actually took a whole 8 days. The customer service at this company is just terrible. They can't seem to give you the right information and are always giving conflicting advice. They never reply to emails, and even signing up for automatic refills doesn't mean you'll actually get them. Dealing with this company has been so frustrating, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants reliable service.

A couple of times they were stumped, but they ended up sending me a new unit in just a week. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking to make their home smell fantastic.

The folks at End Clothing Row were great with keeping me in the loop the whole time I was ordering from them. They made sure I knew everything about my order and updated me every step of the way. They were super fast in processing my order, which was awesome. But, the package I received was a bit beat up. It would've been nice if they used some tape to secure the box so it didn't open by accident during shipping.

I had a terrible time trying to cancel my membership with this service. I accidentally ordered something and when I tried to cancel right away, they said it was too late. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I didn't want and I have to deal with sending it all back. Another annoying thing is that I can't cancel my membership until I return everything, so if there are any problems with the return, I'll still get charged. This rule is really frustrating and unfair. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I didn't get anything. I asked for my money back and cancelled my subscription. They completely ignored me when I asked for confirmation of the cancellation. I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with those scammers!
