Air scent machine
We recently picked up an air freshener for our home and it's been a total game-changer. Between our two cats and our busy household, we needed something to keep our space smelling nice. The samples really helped us find the perfect scent, and the customer service was amazing. We've been running it at a low setting for a few hours each day, and it's made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with indoor pets!
Scented products
I really love the smelly stuff they sell here! The scents are so nice and the descriptions of them are bang on. I had no idea each Vegas casino had its own special smell, but now that I do, it's been cool to be able to bring those scents back home with me. The products are packaged really nicely, with just the right amount of protection without overdoing it on the packing materials.
Venetian Seduction candle
I recently got the Venetian Seduction candle and I'm really loving the smell. It brings back memories of a candle I bought at the Venetian hotel in Vegas 12 years ago. The only downside is that these ones aren't as strong-smelling as the original; I think they skimped on the oil in the wax. The first one was so oily, you didn't even have to light it up to fill the whole room with its lovely scent. These ones are more subtle, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I've put one in the family room, one in the bedroom, and even one in the car. I'll definitely be buying more of these candles and might even try out different scents, maybe even the diffuser. I really recommend this product and have already told a few friends about it. Keep it up!
Professional Scent Machine
I just bought a professional scent machine from Aroma Retail and I had a great experience. The customer service reps, Brittany and Marie, were really helpful and knew a lot about the product. I ordered it on Wednesday and got confirmation that it would arrive in two days. I'm going to connect it to my HVAC system like they showed in the video, and I'll let you know how it works. Thanks to the Aroma Retail team for their amazing help and patience.
Blotter pack purchase
I just bought a blotter pack from this place again and, like last time, they didn't include the samples that were promised. I chose this pack because I really wanted to try a specific scent, but once again, it wasn't there. It's so frustrating that they can't get such a simple thing right. It's not that complicated! I'm really disappointed and I think I won't be ordering from this place again.
Diffuser purchase
So I got this diffuser from the store, eh? But turns out it was busted right out of the box. Took it back, no problem, but they charged me for the shipping which seemed unfair, you know? Customer service wasn't too helpful either, didn't really fix the issue. And get this, they wanted me to take down my review even though I showed them videos of the loud noise it was making!
Scent diffuser
The smells are nice and the product's quality is pretty good. But, there's a problem that keeps happening where the device doesn't keep the right time. This is a basic thing that any piece of tech with a microprocessor or microcontroller should be able to handle. Since this device is supposed to stick to a schedule, this issue is a big deal, especially if it's connected to an HVAC system and needs to match up with fan settings. I've been dealing with this problem for a few months now, and even after trying to fix it, the problem won't go away. It looks like the brand might have to think about bringing in a more skilled technical expert to deal with this important problem.
3 travel diffusers
I bought 3 travel diffusers for my house, one for each room. Unfortunately, the 2 diffusers in my bedroom don't smell strong enough. I wish the website told me how big of a room they could cover. Going to return them for sure!
Scent intensity issue, noise concern
I bought a diffuser from Aroma Retail not long ago, and I've been having some problems with the smell. Even when I have it set to high, I can only really smell it when I'm right beside it. I was really looking forward to having a strong scent everywhere in the room. Also, the noise that the diffuser makes is really annoying and I can't seem to get used to it. I'm concerned that my guests might find the hissing sound bothersome.
A fancy smell diffuser
Hey, so I found this place because another place was overdoing it with the ads but had really bad reviews. I ended up buying this cool scent thing, and so far, I'm liking it. But, after only a few days, my app is telling me that almost half of the oil is gone. The company claims that the oil should last a whole month, but if it doesn't, I'm definitely going to return it. The oil is too expensive to only last for a short time. I have a feeling that the app is not accurate in showing how much oil is actually left!
Scent discovery
I went to Aroma Retail not really sure what scent I was after, I couldn't quite remember where I had smelled it before. The folks working there were so helpful, letting me try out different scents at the bar. I found a few that had similar notes to what I wanted, but I just couldn't pinpoint the exact one. Then this amazing red-haired lady, who reminded me of a young Catherine O'Hara, stepped in and easily figured out the scent I was looking for. She suggested Crystals shops, and let me tell you, she hit the nail on the head! Now my house smells amazing, all thanks to her expert advice.
Compact travel diffuser purchase
I bought a little travel diffuser from this company and it turned out to be a letdown. I had problems with three of them - one didn't work, one leaked oil, and the third just stopped altogether. I wasn't happy with the quality of the product. Even after getting credit to switch to a bigger one, the app for the new model didn't work right either. The manager was nice at first, but their attitude changed when I brought up the possibility of problems with the programmers.
Scent products
I absolutely adore the scents and products they offer, but you know what really impressed me? The customer service at this place was top-notch. It felt like they already knew what I was going to ask before I even said anything. Their online ordering was crazy fast, almost like they have a direct connection to Amazon's delivery system. And every time I reached out for assistance, the information I got was amazing, like I was speaking directly to the owner of the company. It's not easy to find such outstanding service nowadays, but Aroma Retail has definitely secured my loyalty as a customer.
Professional machine
I've had my fancy machine for about 3 years now. Whenever there was an issue, I called customer service and they were always so helpful. A couple of times they were stumped, but they ended up sending me a new unit in just a week. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking to make their home smell fantastic.
Home fragrance machine purchase
I bought a home fragrance machine from this place, and let me tell you, it was such a nightmare. The machine stopped working properly just two weeks after I got it. I took it back to the store and they showed me how to do a reset, but that didn't fix the issue. I had to reset it every single day just to make it work for a few days. When I brought it back to the store again, they said their technicians would test it and let me know by Monday. But when they finally called, they seemed more worried about the time being wrong rather than the machine not working at all. They said it was fixed, but once I got it back home, it only worked for 15 minutes before stopping again. I asked for a replacement, but they refused unless their technicians found a problem. This machine is so bad, and I really regret spending my hard-earned money on it.

The home diffuser is pretty cool, eh. But man, every time I try to move it, the oil spills everywhere, so frustrating. I keep forgetting to keep it upright all the time. I've wasted two oils because of that, it's frustrating. They should really come up with a better design to prevent the leaks, don't you think? Maybe it's a sneaky tactic to make us buy more oil? Hmmm...
Air freshener purchase
Oh my gosh, I bought an air freshener and it was all fine and dandy. But then I got hit with unexpected fees when it showed up in the mail! It ended up being more than I anticipated, and the only upside was that they clarified why the fees were there. However, they didn't take any action to resolve it for me, just offered advice for the future. Ugh, so frustrating!

I found the perfect scent for my space. I worked with the boss directly and got some amazing advice to find the right vibe for my place. The product is amazing, and the customer service was top-notch. I would totally give them 6 stars if I could!
Bottle of fragrance
I recently ordered a really awesome fragrance called Vanilla Breeze and oh my goodness, it smells amazing! It's like a party in a bottle, not overwhelming, and it lingers for a long time. The customer service people were super friendly and helpful when I had some issues with my coupon, they even gave me a new one! The packaging was really well done, the bottle arrived at my house without a single mark on it. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
Fragrance oil purchase
I just bought some fragrance oil from this company and my package didn't arrive because of Canada Post problems. But, I gotta say, Aroma Retail customer service was top-notch. I called them right away, explained the situation, and they sent out a replacement package with Courier right away, no extra charge. It's hard to find this level of customer satisfaction these days, so I really appreciate their quick response.
