After I bought the M9 elliptical, I’ve been having problems with the RPM indicator. It’s all over the place, going back and forth between 5-8 RPM and sometimes even jumping up to 75-80 RPM. This inconsistency messes up the calorie count. I reached out to customer service, got some parts to fix it, but it still doesn’t work right. Now, the warranty is up, and the company won’t step up to fix the problem. It’s a letdown, especially after spending so much on the machine.

Today has just been a total disaster trying to fix a simple problem with my flight booking. Honestly, it left me feeling pretty unsatisfied with how things turned out.
