    I've been a customer of a jewelry subscription service for a while now, and I have to say, the quality and selection of jewelry is top-notch. There have been times when I've misplaced an earring or accidentally damaged a necklace, but the customer service team has always been super understanding and helpful. The jewelry they offer is really good quality and there's a wide range of styles to choose from, which is great for all tastes. Not to mention, the orders come in really quickly and they send regular updates so you know exactly when to expect your package. Every time I've had to interact with customer service, they've been nothing but nice and efficient, which makes the whole experience with the company smooth and positive. I also love that I can pause my subscription if I need to take a break and easily start it up again when I'm ready. Overall, this subscription service has been my go-to for a long time now, and it always goes above and beyond in terms of quality, service, and variety.

    Poor quality, misleading claims, expensive for what it is

    I was so bummed with my experience with that jewelry subscription service. I was hoping for some fancy designer pieces to try out, but what I got in my first box was far from it. The jewelry felt crummy and looked like something I could get for way cheaper somewhere else. I decided to cancel my account right away and send back the stuff, but it's been a huge headache. They keep charging me every month even though I showed proof that I returned everything, and I've been going back and forth with the company and my bank trying to straighten it out. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone looking for good quality jewelry.

    Recent jewelry purchase

    I bought some jewelry from this company recently for the first time. But the items I got weren't what I wanted. So, I sent all three back using the prepaid return label they gave me. But then, four months later, I saw over $300 taken from my bank account for those same items I had sent back. I tried reaching out to the company through email, but it was not easy. They did end up giving me back half the money, but the whole thing has been really frustrating. I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund. Just a heads up, be careful when dealing with this company.

    Waste of money

    This place is terrible! They only give you 3 items a month and most of them are ugly and cheap. I could find better stuff at the dollar store. And on top of that, they make you pay $21 every month just for these trash items. The worst part is, if you don't like anything and want new stuff, you can't use your credit towards a new box. What's the point then? It's such a rip-off!

    I bought some secondhand jewelry and shoes, but they were not as good as they said they would be. I received some broken jewelry, and the customer service was not very nice. They didn't have enough jewelry available because there were too many members using the service. Plus, they kept charging me even after I cancelled. Be careful when dealing with them!

    My disappointment with the jewelry set

    I was really disappointed by the jewelry set I got. The pieces were not nice at all, I didn't even want to try them on. It felt like my stylist didn't even bother checking my style preferences. I clearly said I like rings, but they sent me huge, tacky earrings that were nothing like what I like. I feel like I wasted my money and didn't get what I was hoping for at all.

    I've been getting the jewelry box subscription for about seven months now, and I gotta say, I've been really happy with what I've been getting.     This Rocks Box thing was super boring. They said I could get free stuff for a month and then tried charging me a lot for ugly jewelry. Nope! I'm never trying this again, not cool. Honestly, big thumbs down from me.

    Unhelpful customer service

    I had a terrible time trying to cancel my membership with this service. I accidentally ordered something and when I tried to cancel right away, they said it was too late. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I didn't want and I have to deal with sending it all back. Another annoying thing is that I can't cancel my membership until I return everything, so if there are any problems with the return, I'll still get charged. This rule is really frustrating and unfair. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    My experience with Rocks Box was really disappointing. I signed up for the service thinking I would only be charged $5 for my first month, as advertised on the website with a promo code. However, after putting in my card information, I was shocked to see an additional charge of $22.26 on my bank statement. This charge was not mentioned anywhere during the sign-up process and was supposed to be waived with the promo code. Despite never receiving any jewelry or having my box shipped, Rocks Box refused to refund the additional $22 they had taken from me. They claimed it was for my monthly membership fee, but the lack of transparency and failure to honor the promo code was unacceptable. It felt like they were practically stealing money from me without any explanation or authorization. Overall, my experience with Rocks Box was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using this company if you don't want unexpected charges and poor customer service.

And don't even get me started on the way they treat customers - so rude and unhelpful. Dealing with their swap feature was a total nightmare, couldn't catch a break. Save your cash and shop somewhere else for jewelry, Rocks Box is a total joke.
