Online course
So, I bought this online course and it was really disappointing. I tried to cancel and get my money back because it wasn't what I expected, but they made it difficult for me. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone unless I paid more money! That's so unfair.
Pro Plan payout issue
My payment got all mixed up because the finance department made a mistake and paid me in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars. It's been 20 days and I still haven't received my payment. Customer service just keeps giving me the same generic response and it's really frustrating. I've been with them for over 4 years and the level of service is getting worse. I recommend to other creators to avoid this platform and take their money elsewhere.
Radar Course purchase
I wanted to sign up for a Radar Course and I had some questions, but I couldn't find any contact information to ask before registering. I had to pay in advance and the confirmation email didn't give me a way to respond. They didn't get back to me when I tried to reach out. Not very clear!

As someone who uses an online course platform, I've found it pretty easy to use and add content to. But lately, there have been some changes that have made me less happy with the platform. While Teachable might work well for a small community, bigger projects might have some trouble with it.
