ReliabilityMy payment got all mixed up because the finance department made a mistake and paid me in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars. It's been 20 days and I still haven't received my payment. Customer service just keeps giving me the same generic response and it's really frustrating. I've been with them for over 4 years and the level of service is getting worse. I recommend to other creators to avoid this platform and take their money elsewhere.
