CommunicationSo, we were having trouble paying for our upgrade on this platform. We tried reaching out for help multiple times but all we got were automated responses that didn't address our questions at all! It's been really frustrating trying to contact someone who can actually help us with making our payment to keep our upgraded service.

CommunicationI wanted to sign up for a Radar Course and I had some questions, but I couldn't find any contact information to ask before registering. I had to pay in advance and the confirmation email didn't give me a way to respond. They didn't get back to me when I tried to reach out. Not very clear!
