Unauthorized auto-renewal
This company went ahead and renewed my subscription without asking me, and then charged me a huge $468! I tried to get a refund and cancel right away, but they took 5 days to only send me a generic reply, saying they couldn't help. It feels like they just took my money without my consent!

Dress return and refund
I recently bought a dress from this clothing company, but it didn't fit me well. Luckily, they offered free return shipping through An Post. I sent the dress back and was waiting for my refund, but it didn't come. So, I reached out to customer service and Maria S quickly replied to my email. She took care of everything and processed my refund once I sent her my receipt. I was really pleased with the service and will definitely shop from them again. PC health software
Oh man, back in 2015, I decided to download this PC health software to speed up my computer. At first, it seemed pretty good. But then they started asking for more money to renew the subscription, and I didn't even realize how much they were charging me! When I tried to cancel, it was a total nightmare. They ended up taking way more money than they should have. Now I'm stuck here trying to get my money back and warning everyone about this terrible experience. Seriously, just stay away from that software, it's not worth it.

UK Carnivore Club subscription
As someone who bought a subscription to Carnivore Club in the UK, I was really let down by the service I got. The boxes stopped coming after a while, and when I looked into it, I found out the company had been sold without letting the customers know. I tried reaching out to the new owners, but they never got my subscription going again and the boxes never showed up. The lack of communication and follow-up on their part has been super frustrating and disappointing.
