    I recently bought an outfit and matching hat for my son's wedding from this company, and I was really impressed with the quality and variety of items they have on their website. Being a VIP member, I love that they offer free next day delivery and easy returns, it just makes shopping so much more convenient. Unfortunately, one of my orders got lost in the mail, which was a bummer. But I reached out to their customer service team through text message and a super helpful and friendly employee named Rovie quickly sorted it out for me by giving me a refund without any hassle. Overall, I had a really good experience shopping with them and will definitely keep them in mind for special occasions in the future.

I always feel happy with the deals they offer too. That being said, there have been times when I needed to return something, and I didn't get a confirmation that they received it. I reached out to their Customer Service, and Sarah got back to me right away. She confirmed they got my return and processed my refund. All in all, my time with Coast has been good, but they could do better with keeping customers in the loop about returns.

    The clothes I bought were really amazing, I have to say. The little details and the overall look of the clothes really blew me away. But, when it came time for a refund, I had some problems that didn't sit well with me. The customer service I dealt with was not great, they weren't very efficient or good at communicating.     The folks at customer service, Jhummel, Bryan, and Jade Amber, were super helpful in sorting out the problem I had with my purchase. They got back to me right away and made sure everything was sorted. But, I was kinda bummed when the dress I got had a broken zip - seems like nobody checked it before sending it out. That lack of quality control is pretty disappointing and it left me feeling frustrated. Even though the customer service was great, the damaged dress kinda ruined my whole experience with the company.

    I bought a dress not long ago at the store but it wasn't right for me, so I had to bring it back. Since I didn't sign in when I bought it, I didn't have my order number, which made it hard to return it. I decided to ask for help through the WhatsApp link on the website.     Dress for 30th Wedding Anniversary

    So, I ordered a dress for my parents' 30th Wedding Anniversary shindig and guess what? The delivery company didn't even bother bringing it to my door! How annoying is that? Luckily, a guy named Marvin from the customer service crew came to the rescue, got everything sorted, and promised me that the dress would arrive tomorrow. Let's cross our fingers it actually shows up this time! Boo to the delivery company, but big props to Marvin for saving the day.

    Dress purchase for return due to sizing issue

    I bought a couple of dresses from your store not long ago, but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was happy with how fast customer service answered my question about the return. Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.

    I really wish Coast would ship to Hungary so I could buy some things from there and be really happy. It's kind of disappointing that they don't ship there because I really enjoy their products, and I know others in Hungary would too.     Returned items delay refund

    I gave back two things on April 7th and the company got them on April 10th. But I still haven't got my money back. Every time I talk to customer service, they keep asking for proof that I sent the items back. Then they tell me to wait until a specific date, and if I still don't have my refund, I have to talk to them again and do the same thing over. This is so annoying and not okay. There's no good communication or efficiency at all.

    Long dress, too long for short people

    The dress I bought was so pretty and had a nice style, but it was too long for me since I'm on the shorter side. Even with 5-inch platform heels, I couldn't make it work. It's too bad because I really liked the dress and would have kept it if it fit me better. But I had to return it, which was a bit of a pain, but at least it got sorted out quickly.

    I just bought a dress from Coast but had to return it because it didn't fit right. I sent it back over a month ago following the return steps, but when I reached out to customer service to check on it, they were not very helpful or understanding. Even though I gave them the tracking number as proof, they kept saying I didn't do it right. It was really frustrating and I was not happy with the service at all.
