Outfit for son's wedding, including a hat
I recently bought an outfit and matching hat for my son's wedding from this company, and I was really impressed with the quality and variety of items they have on their website. Being a VIP member, I love that they offer free next day delivery and easy returns, it just makes shopping so much more convenient. Unfortunately, one of my orders got lost in the mail, which was a bummer. But I reached out to their customer service team through text message and a super helpful and friendly employee named Rovie quickly sorted it out for me by giving me a refund without any hassle. Overall, I had a really good experience shopping with them and will definitely keep them in mind for special occasions in the future.
Occasional wear
Coast is my go-to for picking up stylish pieces for special occasions. They have a great selection that fits my personal style and the quality is always top-notch. I always feel happy with the deals they offer too. That being said, there have been times when I needed to return something, and I didn't get a confirmation that they received it. I reached out to their Customer Service, and Sarah got back to me right away. She confirmed they got my return and processed my refund. All in all, my time with Coast has been good, but they could do better with keeping customers in the loop about returns.

I had some trouble with my recent purchase and had to reach out to customer service for help. Despite running into some problems with the portal system at first, Diana, the customer service rep, was really helpful and quick in sorting everything out for me. I was really impressed by her commitment and how professional she was in addressing my concerns. Diana went out of her way to make sure my issue was fixed right away and without any hassle. I'm so thankful for the amazing service she provided and just wanted to say a big thank you for all her exceptional help.
Refund delay resolution
I was in a situation where I should have gotten a refund from a company, but it took longer than expected. So, I decided to check on my refund, and luckily, I spoke with Lemuel from the customer service team. I have to say, Lemuel was really helpful and quick in sorting out my issue. Not only did Lemuel resolve my concern fast, but they were also super polite the whole time. This just confirmed for me that this company really does go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I've always had great experiences with their customer service team.
Dress return and refund
I recently bought a dress from this clothing company, but it didn't fit me well. Luckily, they offered free return shipping through An Post. I sent the dress back and was waiting for my refund, but it didn't come. So, I reached out to customer service and Maria S quickly replied to my email. She took care of everything and processed my refund once I sent her my receipt. I was really pleased with the service and will definitely shop from them again. Big thanks to Maria S for her top-notch customer service!
Clothing purchase
The clothes I bought were really amazing, I have to say. The little details and the overall look of the clothes really blew me away. But, when it came time for a refund, I had some problems that didn't sit well with me. The customer service I dealt with was not great, they weren't very efficient or good at communicating. So even though I love the clothes, the whole experience was kind of disappointing.
Dress with broken zip
The folks at customer service, Jhummel, Bryan, and Jade Amber, were super helpful in sorting out the problem I had with my purchase. They got back to me right away and made sure everything was sorted. But, I was kinda bummed when the dress I got had a broken zip - seems like nobody checked it before sending it out. That lack of quality control is pretty disappointing and it left me feeling frustrated. Even though the customer service was great, the damaged dress kinda ruined my whole experience with the company.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress not long ago at the store but it wasn't right for me, so I had to bring it back. Since I didn't sign in when I bought it, I didn't have my order number, which made it hard to return it. I decided to ask for help through the WhatsApp link on the website. Jerome answered right away and gave me all the details I needed to send the dress back. He was really quick and knew what he was doing, so I was able to fix the problem fast, thanks to him. Overall, great service!
Dress for 30th Wedding Anniversary
So, I ordered a dress for my parents' 30th Wedding Anniversary shindig and guess what? The delivery company didn't even bother bringing it to my door! How annoying is that? Luckily, a guy named Marvin from the customer service crew came to the rescue, got everything sorted, and promised me that the dress would arrive tomorrow. Let's cross our fingers it actually shows up this time! Boo to the delivery company, but big props to Marvin for saving the day.
Dress purchase for return due to sizing issue
I bought a couple of dresses from your store not long ago, but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was happy with how fast customer service answered my question about the return. Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.

No ship to Hungary
I really wish Coast would ship to Hungary so I could buy some things from there and be really happy. It's kind of disappointing that they don't ship there because I really enjoy their products, and I know others in Hungary would too. I hope they change this soon because I really want to make a purchase from them. Coast, please consider shipping to Hungary!
Returned items delay refund
I gave back two things on April 7th and the company got them on April 10th. But I still haven't got my money back. Every time I talk to customer service, they keep asking for proof that I sent the items back. Then they tell me to wait until a specific date, and if I still don't have my refund, I have to talk to them again and do the same thing over. This is so annoying and not okay. There's no good communication or efficiency at all.
Long dress, too long for short people
The dress I bought was so pretty and had a nice style, but it was too long for me since I'm on the shorter side. Even with 5-inch platform heels, I couldn't make it work. It's too bad because I really liked the dress and would have kept it if it fit me better. But I had to return it, which was a bit of a pain, but at least it got sorted out quickly.

My experience with customer service through messenger was amazing. The staff were quick to respond and helped me out right away, answering all my questions and giving me the info I was looking for. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, which made our conversation enjoyable and helpful. I really value the professionalism they showed.

Lemuel from customer service was so helpful in fixing the problems I had when I tried to return items that didn't fit. Their know-how and skills made the whole thing go super smoothly. I was really impressed with the great customer service and will for sure come back for more shopping in the future.
Dress return issue
I just bought a dress from Coast but had to return it because it didn't fit right. I sent it back over a month ago following the return steps, but when I reached out to customer service to check on it, they were not very helpful or understanding. Even though I gave them the tracking number as proof, they kept saying I didn't do it right. It was really frustrating and I was not happy with the service at all.
