Shoes purchase in March
I just don't get how this company can be so terrible with customer service. I bought a pair of shoes back in March and I've tried reaching out to them through email and phone multiple times, but no response. It's really annoying to see them not taking responsibility or acting professional like they're supposed to. The fact that they ignore customers and don't care about their concerns is just not okay. I'm definitely not buying from them again and I really recommend others stay away from this company too.

Dress with broken zip
The folks at customer service, Jhummel, Bryan, and Jade Amber, were super helpful in sorting out the problem I had with my purchase. They got back to me right away and made sure everything was sorted. But, I was kinda bummed when the dress I got had a broken zip - seems like nobody checked it before sending it out. That lack of quality control is pretty disappointing and it left me feeling frustrated. Even though the customer service was great, the damaged dress kinda ruined my whole experience with the company.

Discount inquiry and subsequent orders
I just wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. I reached out about a discount issue and at first, I was told it didn't apply to sale items. But after talking it over, the manager agreed to give me the discount, which I was really happy about. Because of this, I ended up placing two more orders for the same product and got the discounts as they said. I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service from the folks at this company.

Biker backpack purchase
I just bought a biker backpack from this online store and I have to say, I'm super impressed with the whole thing. I looked everywhere for this specific backpack and finally found it on their site for a good price. Since I've shopped with them before, I had high hopes and once again, they came through. The package actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The backpack was in great shape and exactly as described. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with them again.
