Hand piece replacement
After using my hand piece for a few months, it unexpectedly burned out on me. I was really frustrated about it, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were super helpful and quick. They wasted no time in sending me a replacement for free, just asked me to pay for the shipping. The whole thing went really smoothly and hassle-free, and I'm really thankful for their amazing customer service.

Yearly subscription at a discounted rate
I recently got a really good deal on a yearly subscription to this website. There's a ton of content available for the price I paid, which is awesome. But, the website itself is kind of a mess. It's not very user-friendly and it's hard to find what you're looking for. There's so much stuff on there that it's overwhelming. It's definitely worth it for the price I paid, but if it was more expensive, I'd be pretty disappointed. Hopefully they'll fix it up soon to make it easier to use.

Dress purchase for return due to sizing issue
I bought a couple of dresses from your store not long ago, but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was happy with how fast customer service answered my question about the return. Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.
