Dress purchase
I bought a dress not long ago at the store but it wasn't right for me, so I had to bring it back. Since I didn't sign in when I bought it, I didn't have my order number, which made it hard to return it. I decided to ask for help through the WhatsApp link on the website. Jerome answered right away and gave me all the details I needed to send the dress back. He was really quick and knew what he was doing, so I was able to fix the problem fast, thanks to him. After using my hand piece for a few months, it unexpectedly burned out on me. I was really frustrated about it, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were super helpful and quick. They wasted no time in sending me a replacement for free, just asked me to pay for the shipping. Online shopping experience
I've been using eBay to shop online for about 5 or 6 years now, and, honestly, I've started to notice something worrying. I checked my credit card statements the other day, and it turns out that eBay is charging me more money for each order than what's shown on their site. This kind of misleading pricing really bums me out and seems totally unprofessional.

Yearly subscription at a discounted rate
I recently got a really good deal on a yearly subscription to this website. There's a ton of content available for the price I paid, which is awesome. But, the website itself is kind of a mess. It's not very user-friendly and it's hard to find what you're looking for. There's so much stuff on there that it's overwhelming. It's definitely worth it for the price I paid, but if it was more expensive, I'd be pretty disappointed. Hopefully they'll fix it up soon to make it easier to use.

Dress purchase for return due to sizing issue
I bought a couple of dresses from your store not long ago, but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was happy with how fast customer service answered my question about the return. Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.
