Dust collector/drill and bits
I've been using my dust collector/drill for about 9 months now, and I have to say, I absolutely love it. After developing allergies to dust post-COVID, I needed to find a way to keep working without triggering my symptoms. I came across a recommendation for a brand that had a dust collector/drill on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I also purchased some bits for it, which have been a 100% yes for me as well. Unfortunately, my pen drill stopped working twice for some reason. However, both times the MelodySusie team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly assisted me, and I received the replacement pen within about 2 days. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Accidents happen, but what matters most is how a company handles them, and MelodySusie went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience, and I will definitely be recommending this brand to anyone in search of the items I purchased.
Nail drill and nail dust collector
I recently got a nail drill from this company and it was amazing. The quality was top-notch and it made doing my own nails much easier. I also got a nail dust collector from them and it's fantastic. It not only works great but it looks stylish and sleek too. The best part of my experience with this company was their amazing customer service. When I ordered the white nail dust collector, they quickly told me it was out of stock. They gave me the choice to wait for the white one or get the pink one right away for a bit more money. I went with the pink one and I'm happy I did. The customer service team was super nice, fast to reply, and very helpful. I'll definitely keep buying from this company for their great products and awesome customer service.
Rechargeable nail drill replacement
So, I bought this rechargeable nail drill from this company on Black Friday. But when I got it, the hand piece was messed up - for some reason, the forward and reverse were the wrong way around. I reached out to customer service and showed them a video of the problem. They didn't waste any time and sent me a new one right away. It actually worked properly this time! I was pretty impressed with how fast they fixed the issue. The replacement works like a charm, and I'm happy with how everything turned out. Plus, the replacement arrived super quickly - even faster than some other stuff I ordered on Black Friday. All in all, I'm happy with the service and the product quality from this company.
Nail dust collector in white to pink
Eh bud, so this was my first time ordering from this place and it was pretty awesome! I wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector, but I accidentally ordered it in white instead of pink (I should've known she'd want pink, eh). So I shot off an email to customer service right away, like ten minutes after making the order. And you know what? They got back to me real quick, like within twenty minutes, saying they changed my order to pink! How cool is that, eh? Fast and friendly service like that can be hard to come by these days, but MelodySusie is totally on top of it. I'm definitely gonna be shopping here more often now, you know?

I bought a nail drill for myself not long ago and ended up having a small problem with the drill handle. So, I decided to shoot an email over to customer service for help. To my surprise, they got back to me on the same day! After a few back and forth emails, the support team managed to fix the issue to my liking. Gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. For anyone doing gel nails, a nail drill is a super convenient tool for getting rid of base, structure, nail polish, and topcoat. It's a must-have in your nail kit. I just picked up this awesome nail drill and UV lamp and let me tell you, they are incredible! The UV lamp speeds up the drying process for my nails and the nail drill makes shaping them a breeze. I did run into a small problem with the converter for the UV lamp, but the customer service team was so kind and helped me get it sorted in no time. They were really helpful and made sure I had everything sorted out. I would totally suggest these products to anyone looking to do their nails at home!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my hair dryer purchase from this company.
