So, I got this nail drill back in June 2023 and it was amazing! But then, it started acting up and cutting out randomly while I was using it. I contacted Customer Service and they were so quick to help! They sent me a new hand piece and made sure I received it in a week. And you know what? It worked perfectly! I also bought some drill bits from them and they are still going strong after a year. Much better than the ones from Amazon, honestly. I use those bits every day! And let me tell you, this drill is so quiet. My coworkers can't believe there's no buzzing sound. It's truly a game-changer!

I just bought a pair of limited edition sneakers from this store and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything turned out. The instructors explain things very clearly and make it seem simple to do. I attempted to make a small shelf for my room and it turned out quite well thanks to the videos on here. I also learned how to use various tools correctly and safely, which is really important. On top of that, they provide plenty of project ideas to keep you busy and inspired.

I picked up some really awesome plates and cups from this store, and they look so nice and fancy! They make my dinner table look extra special, and I feel all sophisticated when I use them. The quality is top-notch, and they're pretty durable too. Plus, they're a breeze to clean, which I love because I can't stand doing dishes.

I'm really disappointed with the service I've been getting from this company. My email got hacked, and even though I changed it, they switched it back to the old one. My Wi-Fi is acting up and I got a duplicate phone number. They don't reply to emails about complaints, they'd rather call, which is really frustrating for us customers. I don't want to switch to another company, but they really need to sort out these problems and keep their loyal customers happy. Raising the internet charges without giving Fiber service is not cool. They're not communicating these changes well, which doesn't show good customer service. I hope they work on keeping customers happy and provide better service.

Lately, I've been noticing that the prices at this store have been going up quite a bit. The stuff they have is just okay, nothing special. I've been able to find similar things for a better price in other places. But, I do have a few favorite items from past purchases that have lasted a long time. In general, I don't really come here to shop as often as I used to.

I gotta tell you, I had a little hiccup with my engagement ring from this company, but let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch. The issue was totally covered by the warranty, and they fixed it up for me right away. I have to give a big shoutout to Max for helping me out every step of the way. His professionalism and quick work really made the whole thing easy and stress-free. I really respect how much this company cares about making their customers happy.
