If the product is covered under warranty, the repair will be done at no cost. If the repair store determines the product is not under warranty, you may have to incur the repair cost.

Samsonite Delivery and Payment

Currently, Samsonite only ships in the US and its dependent states. Standard shipping to the contiguous US is free for orders above $150. Orders below $150 will be shipped at $5. It takes 2-6 days for your order to be delivered. Expedited orders take 2-3 business days, and shipping fees are $19.99 with $10 for luggage. Priority delivery takes one business day, and shipping costs $39.99 with a $15 luggage surcharge.

For orders in the non-contiguous US, the cost of shipping for orders between $99 costs $29.99 and an additional $19.99 for luggage. Orders above $39.99 with a luggage surcharge of $19.99.

Samsonite customers can use PayPal or any major debit or credit card to make payments.

Samsonite Return and Refund Policy

Samsonite refund policy allows customers to return merchandise within 30days from the shipping date. Samsonite does not refund shipping and handling costs unless you received a faulty or damaged item. Samsonite will take 14days to process your refund.
