I had some trouble signing up for the free trial, but the person I chatted with in the app was super helpful and fixed the issue when they got back to me. The layout is a bit different from what I'm used to, but hopefully it grows on me.

As someone who shops a lot, I've bought a bunch of stuff from Garmentory recently and every time has been good. What I like about it is that there's a ton of different stores and things to choose from, and the quality of the stuff I've gotten is top-notch. Most of the time, my orders come quickly which is awesome. If I ever had any problems, the sellers were good at keeping in touch and fixing things. Plus, whenever I needed help, the customer service team at Garmentory was always quick to respond and really helpful.

I just bought some stuff online and it didn't fit me right when I got it. I was pretty bummed to see that I had to fork out 26 euros to send it back to the UK. Their website said shipping and returns were free, so that was a shock. I tried talking to customer service through their chatbot, but it was no help at all. This whole thing really put me off, I won't be shopping there again.

I ordered this awesome birthday present for my best friend, but it never arrived! Can you believe that? I was so upset and even sent them tons of emails, but they didn't even bother to reply. Like, seriously? I want a refund and an apology for all the trouble and embarrassment they caused me.

I just got this other case instead of a peli one, and it cost less, but it's really good! I'm super happy with it. The quality is great and it totally lived up to what I was hoping for. The only thing is there wasn't an option to add a zip pouch as an extra, which would have been awesome. But still, I would totally suggest this case to anyone who needs something tough and not too expensive.

I recently got a nail drill from this company and it was amazing. The quality was top-notch and it made doing my own nails much easier. I also got a nail dust collector from them and it's fantastic. It not only works great but it looks stylish and sleek too. The best part of my experience with this company was their amazing customer service. When I ordered the white nail dust collector, they quickly told me it was out of stock. They gave me the choice to wait for the white one or get the pink one right away for a bit more money. I went with the pink one and I'm happy I did. The customer service team was super nice, fast to reply, and very helpful. I'll definitely keep buying from this company for their great products and awesome customer service.

If y'all ever find yourselves searching for a real mess of a company with no professional standards, look no further than right here. I went ahead and ordered myself a new bathtub, even paid extra to have it delivered right inside my house. But guess what? It showed up all busted and broken to pieces. I called to see about getting it replaced, and the gal on the phone, who calls herself a customer service supervisor, starts laying on this whole sob story about losing her dang dog and how she didn't even get any money back for it. Like, why on earth does she think that's my issue? Then, get this, she has the nerve to tell me that since I waited 11 days instead of the so-called "allowed" 10 days to report the broken item, they ain't takin' responsibility. Absolutely ridiculous and downright pathetic service!
