Purchased furniture, delayed delivery, opted for refund
I recently bought a piece of furniture online from this one company and was really looking forward to getting it by the end of March. But then in early March, I got an email saying the delivery was pushed back all the way to July. I was pretty bummed out, but I understood. So I decided to just get a refund instead. The company told me it would take 5-15 business days to process the refund. But on day 15, I still hadn't seen my money. I emailed them, but got no response. And by day 17, still no sign of my refund. So I called their customer service and it was a frustrating mess. Apparently, their accounting department doesn't even have working phones, which sounds pretty crazy for a modern company. The agent said they'd look into it, but I'm not holding my breath. This kind of customer service is totally not okay and doesn't look good for the company at all.
Boho Wicker 71" Media Cabinet
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the Boho Wicker 71" Media Cabinet I ordered. It said Ash on the box, but the color was way off - more white/yellow than natural oak like it was supposed to be. Plus, the dimensions on the packing slip were totally wrong too. It really made me wonder about the quality and accuracy of this company's products.
Cheap outdoor sofa set
The patio furniture I bought was total garbage when it arrived - some pieces were busted up from shipping. Ugh, I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it, so I just sucked it up. Then it got even worse - they put it on sale a few days later, but instead of getting my money back for the difference, they only offered me store credit. Shayna's emails didn't make the situation any better.
Misleading products, poor communication
This company is just ridiculous, eh. I ordered some stuff that they said they had, but turns out they were sold out, eh. They straight up cancelled my order without even giving me a heads up. And then they ignored my emails asking why, like come on. It took forever for them to give me my money back, too. Like, seriously, how do they even stay in business acting so shady and unprofessional, eh? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.

I ordered two stools back in July, but I still haven't received them! It's September now and I haven't heard anything from them regarding my order. Not cool at all.
Sofa purchase
Eh, so my experience with the company, it was frustrating and disappointing, eh. They kept changing the delivery date for my sofa without even letting me know beforehand, and it turned a 3-month wait into 7 months, eh. The lack of communication about these changes was just not right, eh. I would have been more okay with it if they had just told me about the longer timeline. And then, to top it all off, I cancelled my order, and Kardiel said they got it, but it's been 2 months and still no refund, eh. This kind of service has got me wondering about the company's honesty and ability, eh.
Freestanding bathtub and faucet purchase
I recently got myself a freestanding bathtub and faucet from this company, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with the quality of these items. The packaging was top-notch and they showed up right on time. The bathtub isn't just good-looking, it's made from really good materials, just like the faucet. I was a bit hesitant about buying big stuff like this online at first, but the prices this company was offering were too good to pass up. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised - no, more like pleasantly shocked - by how great their customer service was. They even sent me a follow-up email to make sure everything was to my liking. It's pretty rare to find companies that really care about their customers these days, so I really appreciate the extra effort they put in.
Cool blue sofa
So, ya know, I got this really sweet blue sofa from this one spot. It looked hella stylish on their site, so I was all like, "Gotta have that in my room!" But when it showed up, it was totally not comfy. Like, my backside was sore after barely even sitting on it. I was pretty let down. And then, when I wanted to send it back, it was a huge ordeal. I had to pack it all up solo, and they charged me a pile of money just to ship it back. And get this, it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my cash back. Ugh, so not cool! Their stuff seems legit, but unless you're loaded and got a bunch of time to mess with them, you might wanna check out another place.
Commercial/Residential Furniture Purchase
Eh, so like, I'm someone who's always looking to spruce up spaces with some new furniture, right? I've ordered from this company before and usually, I've been pretty happy with what I got 'cause the stuff looks fancy but doesn't cost a bundle. But lately, I gotta say I had a pretty rough time. I put in an order back on 03/09 for 4 chairs and a couch with an ottoman, and man, it did not go smoothly. They said the chairs were in stock and would ship out in March, but they didn't show up until June. And the couch? Well, it never made it with the chairs. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me the couch was all busted up and they were fixing it. But now it's been ages and I still don't have my couch or any updates. It's a real bummer, let me tell ya. So, if you're thinkin' 'bout ordering from these folks, maybe give it a second thought, eh?
Kidney Bean Sofa purchase
I purchased a gorgeous sofa from this store, but when it arrived, it had no legs. I reached out to customer service, but all they did was send an email with instructions. Ended up having to hire a handyman to assemble it for me. Pretty disappointing experience considering the price of the product.
Sofa purchase
I picked up a sofa from here back in August and let me tell you, it took a really long time to get to me! The delivery guys didn't even bother bringing it up to my apartment and then had the nerve to charge me extra for it. And when it finally got here, guess what? It was all messed up and damaged. I tried to leave a negative review on their website, but they kept deleting it. They won't give me a refund or a replacement unless I send back the damaged sofa in the original packaging, which was already broken by those delivery guys. Now, I gotta fork out more cash for shipping to get a new one or just stick with this messed up one. Absolutely terrible service and the sofa itself is just pure junk.
Bathtub purchase
If y'all ever find yourselves searching for a real mess of a company with no professional standards, look no further than right here. I went ahead and ordered myself a new bathtub, even paid extra to have it delivered right inside my house. But guess what? It showed up all busted and broken to pieces. I called to see about getting it replaced, and the gal on the phone, who calls herself a customer service supervisor, starts laying on this whole sob story about losing her dang dog and how she didn't even get any money back for it. Like, why on earth does she think that's my issue? Then, get this, she has the nerve to tell me that since I waited 11 days instead of the so-called "allowed" 10 days to report the broken item, they ain't takin' responsibility. Absolutely ridiculous and downright pathetic service!
Replacement cushion covers
The cushion covers I got from this company were a total mess. They were already falling apart, and when I asked for new ones, they said they don't work with that manufacturer anymore. I wanted to find replacement covers on my own, but they wouldn't give me any info on the manufacturer. So now I'm stuck with two big sofas that I have to either toss or buy expensive custom covers for.

Glass coffee table
As someone who knows a thing or two about Chemistry and Interior Design, I'm pretty picky when it comes to picking out furniture for my home. So when I was looking for the perfect coffee table for my living room, I stumbled upon a glass one that seemed promising. But to my dismay, the glass wasn't as clear as I wanted it to be, with some weird stuff visible in it. Since I know a bit about glass, I tried a few things to make it clearer, but nothing worked.
Fresh linens and towels
My experience with this company was so disappointing and frustrating. It all started perfectly when I ordered my new linens and towels, but as soon as I finished, it was all downhill. They promised my order would arrive in 8 business days, but it's been way longer than that and I still don't have it. They gave me a delivery time and date, only to change it at the last minute. This happened more than once, and left me feeling really frustrated and inconvenienced. Every time I tried to get an update, all I got was vague answers and promises to call me back in 24 hours, which never happened. And now they won't even give me a refund for the stuff that never arrived. It felt like a scam to me, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Mid-century patio set
Even though I really liked Kardiel's mid-century stuff, my buy turned out to be a letdown. The things I wanted either got misplaced during a move in the warehouse or weren't even available, so I couldn't gauge the quality of their products. They did offer me a discount on part of the patio set, but I decided to hold out for a complete refund in the end.
Order experience
I've been trying to get in touch with customer service a few times now to ask about how to place an order, but every time I call I end up waiting on hold for what feels like forever and never actually manage to speak with anyone. The website doesn't have clear info on when they're open, so I don't even know if someone's around to help me out. I even tried calling a special line that says they'll call back, but it's been more than a day now and I haven't heard a thing. It's a real letdown to see a company from this part of the world have such lousy service, especially when other big names from here are so good at looking after their customers. By sharing this experience in my review, I'm hoping I'll finally get the help I need to buy what I want.
Asher dining table
The dining table I bought was disappointing. I paid a lot for it, but the quality was not great. I tried tightening the screws, but it was still wobbly. When I placed my laptop on it, the shaking was too much! It seemed like the legs weren't attached properly to the top. Customer service told me the wobbling was normal because it was a lightweight table. What a joke! It was a heavy solid oak table that cost a fortune. I had to return it, which was a hassle, but at least that part went smoothly. Overall, I was really let down by the whole experience and I doubt I'll be shopping there again.
